i did not look at previous reviews before eating here. DO NOT BE LIKE ME. i hate to give a bad review as i never am one to leave reviews anywhere, but this place really deserved my two cents. let me walk you through my interesting experience, started off by asking for italian herb and cheese because i saw it behind the employee and was told there isn’t any… just plain Italian which i was fine with until my friend ordered directly after me and they miraculously found the italian herb and cheese that was there the whole time. the employee who i can only assume was the manager judging by how he was ordering around the only other employee, made me feel like an inconvenience to him because i was ordering a sandwich at subway—a literal sandwich shop. when i asked for more pickles he put TWO more, i felt like SpongeBob in that one episode iykyk. after asking for the receipt he gave me the wrong one assumingely purposely considering he didn’t charge me for the correct items whatsoever and also charged me double cheese on everything which was not received or even asked for. after all of this i was not in the mood to try and correct any of these issues because it didn’t seem like a solution was going to happen. i went to my car to try to enjoy my sandwich and to my surprise the bacon and chicken were both ice cold. i went back inside and very politely asked him to just simply reheat it so i could at minimum eat the food i just paid for. he put it back in the toaster for maximum 2 seconds. rolled it back up and slammed it into my hands. -100/10 experience, idk who’s in charge of Subways anymore but someone please come get this mans. it is making your brand look god-awful, thank you...

This location is filthy, there's a very WEIRD power dynamic going on between the old man and all of the young women who work for him.
The old man at this location puts his thumb in the measuring cups. If you want to know why your tuna/rotisserie chx etc is non-existent, well this is why. I ordered a foot long and after I mentioned that each scoop was (visibly, as I was there while it was being made) short, he immediately said "charge for extra chicken!" When I told him, no-thank-you, his attitude turned nasty.
Also, he wears gloves while preparing food but then doesn't take them off while using the computer, while picking trash off the floor(??? GROSS), and said the dead cockroach on the floor "must have come in with the previous" ppl.
Disgusting.

Read moreWent in and was waiting behind two very indecisive customers. The one employee working the line looked absolutely miserable, I presumed because of the customers. Asked for a steak and cheese on white and went back to reading a text for a minute. Ended up with a steak and cheese on some other bread not at all white or even wheat. Ok -- no big deal I was sure it would still be good and I didn't want to make this employee's day any worse. Sub comes out of the toaster and I ask for mayo on it. The employee grabs the lite mayo which is right next to the regular mayo. I probably should've corrected him at this point but I was in a rush. All said, I probably would have been fine with the entire interaction if he was at least cheerful or smiling but he had a bad attitude the entire time.
