WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN ANYWHERE, Let alone in a Dunkin Donuts Everâ This can not be the beloved Dunkin Donuts I grew up loving & knowing. Staff had ZERO customer service NOR communication skills. 1st visit I asked for Vanilla Creme donut & was told they had Boston Creme . . I had to search & point đ out the right 1 for them. I do not work for you. 2nd trip to use my donut code I ordered medium coffee â with breakfast sandwich. Staff had hot cup in hand & It says Sunrise blend under HOT BEVERAGE menu, so I requested. Somehow came back with plastic cup on ice. Nothing was said before making it that it was iced. Was then lectured how that blend only comes iced. I said I wanted hot coffee & Instead of helping me , I was continuously looked at blankly like she didn't know how to help me & couldn't get me a hot coffee. There was language barrier, not only attendee, but her partner on staff as well & then so didn't the "manager" who did not rectify the situation & get my order but instead started yelling, fighting & arguing incoherently at me with no mask & spit is spraying. The minute I mention they can't understand me due to not being from here, the whole crew of about 6-8 staff in store at the time all went wild unprofessional , childish, didn't help me, & all sudden could understand clearly but used their voice to call me racist, argue & spit unmaskless some more & then called cops when I reminded them that they better back up away from me yelling at me. Ironically, nobody on staff was "from here" & all took comment out of context instead of realizing the history of the company they work for started HERE, right here in New England & that they aren't good at understanding how to do their job. I am a life long resident & patron of Dunkin, so I know the difference. Have NEVER had anyone get something so simple so messed up. TERRIBLE, WORST TREATMENT EVER...
   Read moreSo this morning I had logged into the Dunkin App like I normally do. I put an order in and waited for reasonable amount of time. I had confirmed from the Dunkins app that my order has been processed. I had confirmed that the charge has been debitted to my bank account. I went there they claim they have no order of mine and even if i had shown the manager there my order has processed from the dunkins app PLUS showed her my bank account it has processed the charge she still would not make my order. She claims it was my fault for not submitting the order and yet I showed her my dunks app that it was processed. If only I can reach out to the district manager to file a complaint about the service to this location, This is by far the worst experience i ever had.    Read moreRude, dont know how to make a simple cup of coffee with complete instructions given by me, i was handed a cup of french vanilla flavor and was told to "do it myself" if i dont like it, whole point of me going to Dunkins EVERYDAY is so i DONT have to make my own coffee, she made it again same thing. I dumped it out and left!!! What a way to start of your Sunday morning riding aroynd on a bus looking for another Dunkins, since i just moved to arlington 2 wks ago and closest one is a 20 minuye walk, so again walked there for no reason!
