Be careful at this location. They are very dishonest. I have been told 3 different things by 3 different people here.
Little Caesar’s offered free pizza for a year for people on their opening day - 1/11. My mom, my girlfriend, and I excitedly waited over 2 hours to get our cards. I guess “free pizza for a year” sounds cool but maybe it was too good to be true.
Verbatim, the cards say that the “pizza must be claimed within seven (7) days prior to the current week specified below, otherwise it will be forfeited.” Pretty straightforward, right? LC changed the policy not once or twice, but three times, which resulted in us losing out on a full week (3 pizzas). As someone on a really restrictive budget, being able to use this for multiple meals or feed multiple people for free is a game changer. It feels predatory for LC with all of the power to change their mind every single time we walk in.
Friday 1/17 - I walked in about 12 pm 1/17 to redeem the 1/20 set of pizzas and the manager on duty refused to let me use my card saying that because my 1/13 slot was marked out.
This made no sense and I tried to figure it out with her, but she doubled and tripled down on it. She told me that when I came in the following week, I would be able to use the 1/20. Stupidly, I was in a hurry and I had people back home expecting the pizza, so I ended up buying a pizza (I should have just left).
Saturday 1/25 - We walk in to redeem the pizzas and sure enough, they told me that I missed out on 1/20 and marked off 1/27.
We’ve lost trust in this location and it barely just opened. Since they have told me three different things the three different times I attempted to redeem the pizzas, I don’t have any idea what to expect next time we come back.
We’re grateful for the free pizzas, but this is a pretty dishonest way to do business. We’re going to keep redeeming our pizzas whenever they feel like honoring their own terms, but we don’t feel comfortable spending money at this establishment...
Read moreOrdered through pizza portal online service. Received message my order was ready and to pickup at counter instead of portal. When I approached counter I was told my order should be in pizza portal. But I showed the message to the girl working counter she said she didn't know why and that someone else picked up my order. After telling her that wasn't true I was told I had to wait again for pizza to be remade for me. She also refused to give me her name when I told her I was going to speak to manager about this...
Read moreReally wanted to like this as an option but had two bad experiences so writing off this location. Offered the pretzel crust with tomato sauce twice and got the regular pretzel crust with the gross garlic sauce that makes it soggy. The second time I ordered it with tomato sauce and got the gross garlic sauce I called to try to get it corrected and was promptly hung up on. So that’s it for what I was hoping was another pizza option in North Arlington....
