I’m surprised of the deterioration in the quality of service at Pasha restaurant. Shame on the owner to run what’s used to be a successful business in that ugly way. So, for full transparency, I used to go to Pasha at least 3 to 4 times a year. That makes me qualified for a comparison with my recent visit two days ago. First, there’s no staff. No waiters/waitresses at all. Sometimes you find places that are understaffed, but this place was literally running with almost no staff. Only one old guy in the dining area who’s doing everything by himself (cleaning, serving, cashiering, and answering phone calls). There’s another guy at the kitchen, I believe. The service was very slow. The order (two plates) took about 45 minutes to be served.

Second, the order size is much LESS than it used to be. The plates are smaller and the skewers of kebab are barely marinated. Way different than what we used to get.

Third, the old guy was not nice at all. When I asked about pita bread, he got angry and said why you didn’t order in the first place!!! It was rude of him. In the past visits, they used to serve some dipping sauces as appetizer. Now, they no longer do that.

Fourth, there’s no napkins on the table!!! No extra small plate or ashtray to put the brought from-home-napkins that we used. So, it’s disgusting to put our dirty napkins and used tissues on the table. Also, the place was cold and when I asked that old arrogant guy to turn the heat up, he refused and said NO! We’re wearing our jackets while eating. Not comfortable at all.

Fifth, the prices are increased by 30-50%, which makes no sense as they already cut the quantity of the food in the meals.

All in all, so disappointed of the visit. We’re no longer planning to repeat unless major changes happen and the old authentic Pasha restaurant back to what it used to be.

Two stars, that’s all what we think it deserves at the moment. It’s given for the cleanliness and for the memories of the old good taste that we tried to feel there.

Disclaimer: the old guy will bring you the receipt with a pen that was just used by another customer. We’re in COVID time and hygiene is mandatory; however, I noticed that he’s giving the same pen to every single customer to sign the receipt and put the...

Pasha Turkish Cuisine was such an incredible visit! My wife and I love exploring ethnic foods, especially Turkish! This place did not disappoint at all! The staff in here are all very friendly and welcoming. In the restaurant, the decorations were very cool. They had fabric hung up on the ceiling and also a miniature Grand Bazaar Market with a bunch of Turkish snacks and cooking ingredients. Our waitress was very generous. We ordered 3 dishes to share: Sultan’s Admirer (Hunkar Begendi), Alexander the Great Kebob (Iskender Kebob), and Lahmacun. All of it was just absolutely incredible. We ate it all to the last bite. My favorite was the Sultan’s Admirer. I loved how flavorful the meat and eggplant purée were. The lahmacun also was soooo good as well. The bread had the perfect ratio of crispiness and chewiness. The toppings were also great. We also ordered Ottoman tea and Turkish coffee to drink and they were both great! I was obsessed with the tea. After our food, I even went to the market and bought some. All the food was just so great, staff was nice, it felt warm and cozy inside, I just can’t get over how great this place is. I would visit this place over and over and over again. Definitely worth...

I was floored.. Walked in to have diner at the bar, and was greeted like a leper. Feel completely unwanted the second I sat down. Instead of having a full course meal I decided to order an appetizer and go. Have friends that rave about the food and service. Hmmmm... They also have kids and don't get out much.. I wasn't even able to sit at the bar and wait for my food to finish being prepared. The glare I received from the man who is either the owner or manager told me it was time to go. I waited around the corner outside for 15 minutes then returned. They had my food waiting for me by the front door so I didn't have to really come in.. Worst part is this.. I ordered calamari... For twelve dollars I received 6 deep brown and crunchy circle pieces and 1 testicle.. 12$ to feel unwanted and receive and over cooked unportioned appetizer.. The condiments were mayo and I think cocktail(two colors from sitting in fridge so long).. SHAME...

We had the Lamb kabob,Lamb pizza and the marshmallow blossom tea. The pizza wasn’t what I expected but it was delicious. It had crispy crust and the flavors mixed perfectly together. The Lamb kabob was amazing. It had an amazing marinade and tasted awesome with the salad. (The kabob came with two sides of choice) The tea was the perfect choice for me, you could still taste the flower without any sugar and would go well with anything that you ate there (in my opinion). The server was kinda busy it looked like he was the only one working in the front but when he checked on us he was polite and nice. Would definitely recommend to go here :)
