Flavorful Pho Experience at Noodle Market I recently dined at Noodle Market and opted for their Pho Dac Biet, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The dish arrived piping hot, boasting a fragrant broth infused with spices and herbs that danced on my palate with each spoonful. The tender slices of beef, accompanied by chewy rice noodles and an array of fresh garnishes, elevated the experience to new heights. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly, and throughout my meal, the attentive servers ensured that I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism enhanced my dining experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, Noodle Market offers not only delectable dishes but also a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend giving Noodle Market a try.

Wifey was looking for Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls for dinner. We happen to find this lovely restaurant as we we were walking on Mass Ave. The staff were very accommodating as soon as you enter the door. Menus are given as soon as you're seated. We ordered the spring rolls, some noodle dish and Som Tum. While waiting for your order, the ambiance of the place reminds you of a relaxed homey feel. I was surprised with the texture and taste of the food. The blend of umami and saltiness of the plate complemented with veggies and the noodles. You can also taste the familiar wok hay in these dishes. Wifey was very pleased with the spring rolls as the peanut sauce accented the crispiness of the veggies in the filling. Regularly, the staff would politely check on you if you need anything. Will definitely come back to try the other items in the menu. If you're looking for Thai or Vietnamese food, would highly recommend this place.👍

Was told about this place from my brother, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a pho tom soup 🍲 with shrimp 🦐. I'm not gonna say it was bad, but I'm also not going to say it's the best soup I've had it was okay. I liked it. The broth was not too heavy as other places. It definitely did have flavor, though it came with a good amount of shrimp as well. My brother got the pho Sate, which is a bit spicy, has a good kick to it, and had a good taste to it. The crab Rangoon was a good appetizer as well. My partner and my daughter got the chicken pad Thai that I thought had too much chicken over it takes away the display of noodles. The noodles were really flavorful, I would definelty recommend. Service was awesome they were really fast and very polite. Overall, I had a good visit and experience to the place, so I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

I had an experience at this restaurant that I'd like to share. While the food was excellent overall, I was disappointed that the Cashew Chicken dish lacked any cashews. As a customer, I didn't expect to inspect my dish for missing ingredients. I mentioned this to our server, and it was a bit disheartening when I was told I should have pointed it out when the dish was served.

I'd like to suggest that when a dish is served with one of its main ingredients missing, an apology and a discount on the bill would have been a more appropriate response. It's important to consider that as a customer, my focus isn't always on scrutinizing the food, especially when I have my infant with me.

Arlington offers a variety of dining options, and we can easily choose alternatives where we don't have to worry about such issues. With a more customer-centric approach and a touch of empathy, I believe this place could achieve a higher rating. The food quality is indeed praiseworthy. No photos as we ate every...

Ordered through Uber Eats. Was called by staff to say that we could not order lunch specials and would need to change to the dinner menu (before the dinner time stated on the menu). Was called again to ask questions about the order we had just discussed. The cashew chicken lacked any distinct flavor and felt old and despite it's somewhat soggy nature, lacked enough sauce. I suspected that it had been left out all day. The side of noodles that cost extra to substitute was quite literally a container of plain pho style noodles and with no sauce to toss them in I decided to pass. My boyfriend ordered the kimchi fried rice which only had a few sad pieces of kimchi in it. Then he found an empty shrimp shell in his chicken fried rice. Gross and dangerous if he had been allergic. Both portions appeared to be lunch size even after forced to order from the dinner menu. No utensils or napkin provided in delivery order. Will not he bringing my...
