Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

Food is whatever, I mean it’s Subway and you know what you’re getting…It’s the staff that you can’t rely on!! I am able to count on one hand how many five star services I have received at this location, and I’ve been going there for years( for convenience sake) They open late(like hrs late), close early, sloppy work area, and on more than one occasion aren’t even in the store when I arrive to order!? Got me standing around while, you come in acting like you weren’t just slacking in your car trying to link with someone who would sooner sneeze in your direction let alone think of you as a legit pairing option! I just left subway today, the gentleman working did not make the chicken bacon ranch salad right. He didn’t heat up the chicken or bacon like your supposed to do. He didn’t mix the dressing in the salad like your supposed to do and he only put 3 lines on top of the salad. He was watching the football game and kept stopping making our food to watch it and stopped chopping the salad to listen to it. My husband and I were going to eat inside but changed our mind because the guy who was working kept complaining that he had to work New Year’s Eve and we were the first customers of the day and he said “I’m kinda pissed I had to work today” I love subway but I don’t think I will be going to this one. If I could give 0 stars I would of. Got to be the worst Subway in Arlington if not Texas. 1 guy working during lunch hour and moving as slow as a turtle. Looked like had a call in order working on and working with no urgency at all with people in line. I didn't have time to wait all day to get a single sandwich. Since Covid, I think this location has changed ownership and has go straight downhill. They were always out of just about everything. Don't waste your time driving here and I thought I'd give them one more chance but it's worse than ever now. Hire enough people that care to work and not just showing up n taking their sweet time building sandwich's. This Subway is a Disgrace to the company!!! That's it, I'm done and will...
