I hope I have the correct location. This is for the one in Arlington on Matlock St, next to the car wash. A couple weeks I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. This is the only drink that I will get from Starbucks because I am not really a coffee drinker, but I really like these. I get them during the cooler months. That morning i ordered the mocha and a slice of banana nut bread. I got home and took a sip and discovered that it was a bitter black coffee. I poured it out and called Starbucks to tell them what had just happened. She did not ask for my name she told me that if I wanted a refund I would have to come back within two days. I was not going to be back over there within two days. Fast forward to today. I go through the drive thru and I order the same mocha and a muffin. When I get to the window I notice the exact same lady that gave me the wrong drink the last time. I said to her “ the last time I came here you gave me a black coffee instead of my mocha” she said nonchalantly well you would have had to call. I said I did. She then shrugged and said well I don’t know nothing about that and turned away. Read moreEach location has a different vibe, but in such a short time, I have come to love this location for a combination of reasons. Previously, I frequented the Fairmount-Dallas Starbucks because I enjoy the patio and people watching as I work.

Cass is ALWAYS beaming with a smile and positivity! She greets each customer and is patient to ensure the customer understands the order and benefits thereof.
My guy Tre' has EXCELLENCE seeping through his pores! His coworkers and customers will agree that his demeanor and personality is inexplicable. For lack of better use of words, I'll say it's a mixture of futuristic and passion for anything he does. Best wishes in all future endeavors bud...

Read moreI get different stories on what they can or can't do to my coffee every time I go it seems like. I'm keto, so we go often if we want to treat ourselves and ask for them to out butter in. The last time we went, this lady we have never seen before went on about the health hazard, and they couldn't do it because they might accidentally touch the butter when they open it. They have been putting butter in my coffee for weeks, so someone is making it up, or isn't following rules. While I appreciate how she wants to do the right thing... They don't wear gloves for anything else they touch, so if you want to talk health violations girl... They touch and stick their hands in everything else you just made me. I have literally seen someone's finger go into my whipped cream, touched coffee beans and grounds, and there is a chance they could touch EVERYTHING they handle without gloves on.
