I love this place. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Everyone is Very helpful 💛 Mrs Ally is a god sent for me. She was very patient with my chaotic thoughts. It’s very stressful upsizing from a one-bedroom apartment to 4 bd house. She was informative, calm and very understanding with my rants lol. I’ll definitely be back for Mrs Ally’s help soon. Thank you so much again honey bunny💛 you are awesome sauce!!!
Update: I NEVER go back and update my reviews!! Even if I have changed experience at a place. I just let that be that but my changed experience here was so irritating I just can't let it go in my head. For starters, before I even ordered my furniture I mention on 2 separate occasions the time frame that I NEEDED my furniture by. Not wanted NEEEEEEDED & I was assured multiple times that It would arrive before that date. The deliver time changed twice, do you think anyone called to notify us?? ABSOLUTLY NOT! I had so many other things to do this past weekend and instead a whole weekend GONE waiting on a delivery that was rescheduled TWICE!!!! Once I called to make sure they didn't get lost I was reassured a call back by 3 different people (jantonio, Oscar & Ally) NEVER NEVER NEVER did I receive a call back from either of them. Ally promised a "Special Gift" for the inconvenience that was already placed in my package for purchase! Will I refer? ABSOLUTELY NOOOOT!!! Will I be cancelling my order? YEEEEEEEEESSSS! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Newest update: RUN!!!! These people will completely waste your time. Waiting on them is like waiting on the cable man in the 90's. I was apologized to and given "Free deliver & set up" for the miscommunication. All the wrongs felt as though they would be rightened. Confirmed delivery the night before via text. here we are at 2pm & no delivery. Even Fedex leaves a note on the door!!!! Nobody showed up. My soon to be waiting all day. Read moreI have to edit this review since we left the store. Everything has become a nightmare. We picked up the first portion of our order that wasn’t on back order. Turns out the warehouse crew gave us the wrong mattress set and didn’t give us the adjustable bed frame. Later that day Axel called and asked us to bring back the incorrect furniture. Ya ok, what am I going to sleep on now? Order was placed on August 23rd. We went back and forth with Axel for a couple days. Then silence. We were given free delivery and opted to use that when the items on back order came in as well as the mattress that was ordered and adjustable bed frame. That was today. September 9th. We received delivery and items had black marks on the items and was placed in the study. No attempt of setting the items up and removing debris. We were never told that isn’t part of the deal and not included. We called customer service after they left to make an incident report. They want to verify with the store clerk what was told to us. Ridiculous. Go do your thing Canales. You obviously don’t care about the customer who spent over $10k in your store. 0/10 stars DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Read moreThis furniture store prices and customer service are extraordinary. Elsa, the sales person who assisted me with my dining room purchase took excelent care of my needs. I went into the store with a specific need in mind and I was not going to move away from my vision and Elsa took the time to show me their show room without being pushy at all. And since what I wanted was not on the floor, Elsa researched her inventory with their internal vendors to ensure I got what I wanted. Not only she communicated via, phone and text but she provided me with different photos and prices. Elsa, was not concerned about making a quick sale, she was concerned with meeting my needs as a customer. She was transparent with the store prices and overall process. She communited back and fort with her management and kept informed. In addition, after the sale took place, she ensure to arrange the delivery to my house and texted me about arrival times etc. I can't be more thrilled to have walked into to the store since this experience was the best so far compared with all other (many) stores I had purchased from.
