HACIENDAS TACO SHOP — Restaurant in Arlington

My daughter got married on May 22nd and chose Hacienda’s to cater dinner and dessert! Miguel and his team were the most professional and of course the food was top notch! We had family visiting from different areas and they LOVED LOVED the appetizers during cocktail hour and of course the tacos, cilantro rice and beans AND the churros for dessert were a definite hit!!! Even the videographer loved the churros😄

From the very start at the food tasting Miguel and his team were very thorough! Explaining the different food options and gently giving his advice, so that things ran smoothly. We also used his recommendation for chargers, plates, glasses and silverware that were gorgeous!!! He is definitely an expert and it showed on the day of the wedding! I didn’t have to worry about anything and was able to enjoy and embrace the day without any worry about if and when he would set up!!!! He was punctual and even helped with our mocktails! If you are looking for the best and most professional taco caterer/vendor for a party or wedding , I would 100% recommend Haciendas Tacos. MIGUEL you truly awesome at what you do! Thanks for making my daughter’s day PERFECT!!!!!

Life changing experience for gringo

I am used to eating so-so Mexican food. Never considered it a first choice, but rather a back-up when the family is plagued with indecision. Ordered quesadilla, shrimp tacos, fish tacos, and mar y tierra tacos. MY GOD! THIS WAS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE! The beef in the quesadilla was soft, and pulled apart with ease. The seasonings and caramelized onions perfectly complemented the beef. My youngest daughter who doesn't dig meat thought this was the best quesadilla she had ever eaten. My eldest daughter who is a picky eater said that the shrimp in her tacos was perfect (even though she only eats fried breaded shrimp). The avocado on the shrimp taco was seasoned just right. The chips were crisp, hot and fresh. The guac dip tasted like cool ranch doritos. To my fellow gringos out there who have not tried Hacienda Taco Shop, go out there and order anything on the menu. It will blow the sh*t out of anything you have tried, and have you coming back for more. It's that good! And of course, well deserved muchos gracias to the business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, but that's what google...

I’ve always liked the food. No complaint there. I had been craving a steak quesadilla since Sunday and finally was able to get there today. I walk in and both staff were at separate tables…eating. The young man saw me walk in & he instantly blew a big huff, rolled his eyes, pushed back from his huge plate of fries, stomped over to the register and looked back up at me. I stopped in my tracks still at the door because how RUDE could you be!? I told him NEVERMIND, eat your food! And took my business elsewhere!! I don’t want anybody like that taking my money OR preparing my food! I’m so upset about my experience today because I USED to go there all the time....
