This is the comment that I just submitted on the Golden Chick website.
I had an unreal experience with my order in the drive-thru. I ordered a 3 piece combo, 6 tender combo, kids tender meal, family fried okra and corn nuggets. I pulled up and paid $39.37. They sent me to the front because of holding on corn nuggets. After about 5 minutes, one of the workers brought out the two combos, and okra. After checking the order I found that I was missing mashed potatoes, corn nuggets and the kids meal. I pulled back around the drive-thru and let them know what I was missing. One of the kitchen employees came to the window and said that they have to make the corn nuggets and to pull to the front. I did and opened the okra to eat a piece while I was waiting. I realized it was half full. I waited for a few minutes, and then pulled back around to let them know that I would like to get the correct portion. They sent me back to the front. I sat and waited patiently and they brought out the remade okra, single corn nuggets and kids meal. The kitchen worker told me there was another box for the mashed potatoes when he handed them to me. I continued to wait and was shocked to see three police officers show up an my window. They accused me of yelling at an employee and then throwing sauce at another employee. I let the officer know that I was waiting for the rest of my order and that I hadnāt done anything other than politely tell them the issues with my order. The officer went into the restaurant and came back with the mashed potatoes and said that I was lucky that they werenāt pressing charges. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this, extremely scary to have three police officers called on you for nothing. I just wanted to get all of the food that I paid $40 for, by the end Iām shaken with frustration, embarrassment and dumbfounded by what seemed to be caused from employees that didnāt care enough to make sure they give correct orders. I canāt believe that police were called for no reason other then them being frustrated that they had to make the food that I paid for. Which I asked politely, without an inkling of a raised voice. At this point I donāt ever want to eat Golden Chick again and I would like to have my order refunded. Whoever reads this may think Iām a crazy customer, but I promise Iām not, just a dad with a hungry kid and a wife that wouldnāt let me hear the end of it for not getting the right order. Please refund me, please investigate the issue (watch cameras) and take the...

As if she was rushing me to finish my order. When I got to the window to pay, I sat there for 5 minutes before she opened the window and acknowledged me to take payment. Once done, I sat in the drive-thru for another few minutes, Shaymia then opened the window and said "I don't remember what you got, what was it?", I then repeated my order and she asked me to drive around to the front. I waited at the front until about 9:40 when I saw five other cars now waiting with me, I went to the door and waited to be let in and asked how long does it take to get my food. Again Shaymia said "I don't know what you ordered, I'm not making the food." A guy in a blue shirt said to give him a minute and when to open the door again. He asked what we needed and I stated "We have both been waiting in the fire lane for our food. How long does it take to get food that you have ordered after now 30 minutes?" He asked what we ordered. We both repeated our orders which both included wings. The guy said we are waiting on wings and more tenders to cook then we will be able to make your orders. While waiting the employees were yelling at each other and playing trashikt ball. Every person that spoke to us gave attitude. Shamyia gave me a bag and I proceed to check it. The wings were correct but everything else was someone else's order. The guy in the blue shirt kept telling Shamyia that it wasn't my order, but it wasn't until I said it myself to her that she paid attention. I gave the order to the correct person and helped them leave then waited for my order. My order is finally ready and I'm told there is no gravy left. At this point it is 10:00 and I ask when did it run out? The guy says that it ran out a few minutes ago. I said okay, what other sauce do you have? He tells me the sauces and I ask for barbeque sauce. I take my food and I leave. Once I get home I open the bag and begin to take the food out and everything seems fine so far until I take the chick out the bag. I lift the boxes and everything falls out into the bag like they didn't close the bottom of the boxes. I also notice that there are no rolls and the fries have soaked through the box and the paper bag, so that when I pull it out of the bag, they also fall out bit they fall onto the floor. In all this experience was terrible and they need to do better especially if someone is...

We had to wait for awhile in line, until a cashier finally acknowledged us to take our order. BUT out of nowhere this other customer comes in and cut's in front of like she owns the place. We let it slide its all good, we then proceed it's our turn and we begin to place our order, she offers good customer service she even takes our order in a friendly manner. We are handed cups to get our beverages, we head over to the beverage area and fill our cups with lemonade and BIG RED respectively. As my co-worker is getting his lid and straw the cashier comes towards him with our food basically wanting us to sit down and eat at the beverage counter!! What kind of service is that?! We also let that slide, It's all good no worries. Then I head over to the restroom and take care of my business. I reach over to get soap, to my surprise the dispenser is out. Don't think I'm unsanitary I was saved because they had a hand sanitizer dispenser right outside the restroom. So I finally sit down to enjoy my meal, I attempt to reach over to get my roll and there isn't one!! They forgot it! No big deal I got back in line to get some napkins and my missing roll. The customer in front of me was taking forever!! I can only assume she was ordering food for all of Arlington. Finally I am able to request my missing roll, but tragically they were out of napkins! you believe that, out of napkins! What kind of restaurant in 2019 doesn't have any napkins, I was very appalled. I get my roll and go back to enjoy my meal. The chicken was great, French fries above average, and the gravy was A-1 as always. Would be willing to give this location another chance, just not for lunch. Most likely lack of supplies was due to...
