Starbucks — Restaurant in Arlington

I was passing through Arlington on business and had to make a pit stop. Thankfully, I saw Albertson's and pulled in. As I am rushing to the restroom (this was a close call to say the least) I caught a glimpse of the Starbucks mermaid. I made a mental note to return there after my run in with the porcelain throne. Fully devoid of the burrito I ate earlier in the day (and a little lighter) I proceeded to make my way to the Starbucks I had seen earlier. To my surprise, there was no line. It was my lucky day! As I approached the counter, Allie was waiting to take my order. She was very pleasant and treated me like a friend. She made my Venti White Chocolate Mocha to perfection! Her customer service was beyond anything I expected at a supermarket Starbucks. I work in retail and would love to make 100 copies of her to work in my locations. To all who visit, ask for Allie. You won't get better customer service anywhere. And the bathrooms are top notch by the way. Plenty of TP if you have an emergency. Powerful flushes make...

Just left this location seconds ago (2:30 or so) and didn’t have the time to go back. I ordered and said I wanted whipped in my drink and the guy at the drive thru with all of the piercings said whip came with it and I said I guess it depends on where you go because I’ve had to ask for it in the past, even though it’s part of the recipe. I get to the window and he’s arrogant as all get out and I tried to explain to him what I just said and he looked at me like I was crazy and handed me my drink. I pulled off and didn’t take a sip for a few minutes as I was getting where I had to go. Got to my destination at there was NO whip that “comes with it” and the drink was pure trash. Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! The staff is good, and if you had problems with the staff, please be nice to them and go there more than one time before giving an absolute review. And don't get me started with red cup day, which is a free cup, which I still keep to this day! The only downside is that when they are gone, they do take a long to get back, but the pros OVERWHELM the cons! You gotta try their stuff, and I truly recommend the Mocha...
