Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

When I was trying to order a buy one get one free sandwich online, I was trying to scroll up and accidentally select the “place order” button. While that is on me, there should be some sort of order confirmation to make sure I want to place my order before I actually place it. Especially when this is happening on device as small as a cell phone. Not only that, but when I went to this particular store to try to explain the issue to the employees, they had no sympathy and disputed the fact that buy one get one free is even available online. And the app did show that you could do a buy one get one free. I also tried to call the store back before hand, and they did not pick up. Regardless, subway has lost my business due to the poor design of its app and the lack of help from...

This is by far the cleanest Subway store i have ever been in...with the exception of Ballpark Subway...when i worked @ that location! The manager really makes a big difference in how different this store runs and is operated in comparison with other locations. There are so many repeat customer's that let me know that they drive well out of there way, as well as pass at least one or two other stores while in route to our location. Customer Service is 🔑!! Alesha is an amazing manager thst had tought me more than ANYONE else...& has shown me more than i even knew there was to know about Subway!! Has been learning experience that has benefit me and the store!! Both night AND day crew are efficient as well as very friendly! Alot of customer's seem almost...

Unfortunately i had to change my rating after todays experience. This location is my go to while at work. Usually good customer service and food. Today on the other hand, they were out of EVERYTHING. Lettuce, spinach, italian herb and cheese bread, tuna, cold cut meat, sweet onion teriyaki chicken, ranch, pickles, cookies. One of the ladies working was not in any hurry to fix the problem. She went to the back and started asking the other lady (who was very nice, apologetic, and helpful) if she smoked cigarettes and if she could have one. I didn't get the names of the ladies working. However the hispanic lady was helpful and doing her best to help everyone in line by herself. I went today 11/27/19...
