Edit: the owner did contact me, he apologized and issued the credit. He did train his staff so they would be able to issue a line item credit in the future.

Should have been cautious when the person taking the order kept placing us on hold to get help with every question we asked. She was nice so it was easy to overlook as she may be in training. However, I was charged for something I didn't receive. I called to request a credit for the item and spoke to Dennis. He was very rude and stated he cannot issue a credit for one item on a ticket and if I want my money, I have to come back in. I informed him I am at work in my ER and unable to leave to do this. He said then come back in at another time, but he will not issue a credit. He said it is my fault I didn't check my bag before leaving. I informed him that someone picked up the food for me and it his job to make sure the order is correct! He was very loud and speaking over me. I will let everyone I know in this area, including my co-workers across the street that the customer service...

I tried this location for the first time trying to show support and I was MOST DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. My catfish was over cooked fried too HARD looking and tasting as if it were cooked in old grease. It also looked as if you guys took my fish and fries out of the grease without draining them and put everything in the container along with my slices of bread that was also greasy. I MOST CERTAINLY hope that you guys read the comments because this UNACCEPTABLE and we want to support your business because I am big in supporting my black business owners but when things like this goes wrong it makes it hard for me to come back and tell others about your business.

I just wanna start off by saying I am SO happy Catfish Connection in Arlington is back!!! We needed a good catfish spot! I absolutely LOVE the spicy fried catfish & shrimp. It hits every single time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is bc the fries are not cooked all the way. I’ve asked numerous times for the fries to be cooked longer & they never are so they end up going in the trash. If they could get a better recipe for the fries, then this spot would get 5 stars for sure! This time was the only time I received the fish & it was a little burnt, but it was still good.
