So the merging system works well until you get people that are very rude in the line and I ran into not one but two of those today .. two people would not let me merge in and got really mad, almost hitting the side of my car to avoid me getting in front of them when it was my turn to get in. The kind employee assured me I did nothing wrong and the lady was just being rude. . so she took my order and told me to get behind the white car. I followed what she had told me to do and that’s when I guess I made somebody else mad that I was merging in. She was yelling at me and getting so close to my vehicle. another employee by the name of Sai came to ask me if I was OK and offered to give me my drink for free, but I had already paid for it so She comped me two free drinks on my app just for the inconvenience of what happened in the line. I insisted she did not need to do that for me as none of this was their fault. She really wanted to do that for me so I got her name and wanted to make sure I came on here to leave a positive review for the employees here because they care and take care of the customers and my drink taste like it was made with love. Only thing is, I recommend better signage about merging or keeping employees outside to direct traffic after orders are placed. Thank you SAI!! You made my day and experience...

I saw one car in the drive thru so requested drive thru. Got to the window told the girl I did the mobile order and she tells me “they have 10mins to make it” so I need to park and wait when there was no one in line behind me!!!! So they refused to make me my drink while I was at the window. A guy not sure if the manager said to just pull around again when the time says on the app since now there was a car pulling into the drive thru. I don’t understand why they couldn’t handle my drink as if I had pulled up like any other customer? This was just so absurd!!!
