CubeSmart Self Storage — Local services in Arnold Township

Ive been here since 2020. I have not had any issues other than a gate problem. When I started to bring my camper here the rent was $65. Then one year it was bumped to $80. Now, as of Nov. 1st it will be $95! Other than an electric gate and possibly some cameras, there are no other incentives to justify another increase. I cant believe they have done this. Combs is like $140 for my size camper. They have several things that are included and are way out of my price range. Why would you increase it this high. I have called around as of yesterday and everyone is between $50 and $65 tops for the same set up, and most give the 12th month free if you pay for a year up front. Your reputation follows you. Good luck as I will be moving on soon. The lady at the front desk said that corporate called around and based their price on other rates. Funny so did I and they are way off. Jeff, the manager, is truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.

The facility itself is super clean, secure, and easy to access. I felt completely comfortable storing my things here, knowing they were in good hands. The whole process—from move-in to monthly payments—was seamless and stress-free.

This place is amazing. The staff has went above and beyond to make sure that this very uncertain event in my life went as smoothly as possible. The ladies here are outgoing and very supportive. They have definitely been a huge help in making this new transition the best that it can be. They always made me feel welcome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
