Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Arroyo Grande

I love the food but the customer service here is something else. I used the online ordering tool for the first time and they didn’t have my order ready. When I went in to pick it up this worker guy started yelling at everyone to get out. I do realize there is a 10 person maximum occupancy but how are we supposed to get our pre paid Online orders without going in? I also realize it was lunch time and places get busy. The line was very long and I thought I was supposed to walk up to the counter to get my order. So i didn’t even get to ask for my food that I’ve already paid for almost an hour prior to pick up. I was on my lunch break and ended up waiting an additional 12 minutes after my pick up time outside. Finally decided I was gonna be late back to work and I was going to ask for refund. Then they had the order ready but I didn’t know. No one told me because I was kicked out before I could ask. I won’t ever go back here on my lunch or use the online ordering tool. They definitely need to figure out a better way to handle pick up orders...

First off, I ordered one club sub at 7:25 pm tonight. I arrived at the store at about 7:40 pm. My sandwich wasn’t ready and the 2 employees were in the back, took them a minute to come out( probably on their phones). Second thing, they told me the bread needed to cool down (5 minutes) and I come back in about 7:50 pm and it still wasn’t ready. In fact, they had actually served four people who had just arrived in store as I was walking in. At about 7:55 pm it still wasn’t ready And at that point I asked for a refund. Love jersey mikes, but this location is terrible. Bad customer service and lack of care for their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever. Usually not the person to get upset about that stuff, but it really bugged me tonight that it took 30 minutes for them to even start making my sandwich when the store was empty until 7:50 pm when a few other people walked in. Horrible staff, no point ordering online. I ordered and gave 45 min order time, time before was 55 minutes. I could order from a sit down restaurant and get my food faster. When I arrived 45 min later food still not ready and waited for another 15 min, still not done. Asked for a refund. When I ask employee for his name, he refused. Asked to speak to the manager, and he said they were gone. So I asked to speak to person that was in charge and he said she was in the back. When she came out she said she was the manager. I asked her name and at first she didn't want to give it. Another customer who had when waiting also asked her name at which point a customer started yelling at me because they all stopped making sandwiches.
