On 2/14/21 I placed an order through bk.com for pickup for food for a coworker and I. When I went to the drive thru to pick up my order (because the lobby is closed and they don’t let you in) only to see there was a sign hanging on the speaker box saying their broiler wasn’t working and therefore they couldn’t make any food that required its use. I ordered Whoppers, which obviously require the broiler.
While in the drive thru I spoke with a person named Ryan who said he was the manager and that if he didn’t “accept” my order to be filled then I should automatically be refunded however if I wasn’t refunded to call the next day and they would take care of it.
My money was not refunded so I called the location in the early afternoon of 2/15/21 to discuss getting my refund since I paid for, but never received any food. The “manager” I spoke with declined to provide his name and spoke very little English and said he didn’t know how to provide a refund. He said I needed to contact door dash or Uber eats. I tried to explain to him that I didn’t order through a 3rd party service and he just kept repeating that he didn’t know how to refund my money, he just wanted to make the order I had placed the day before and have me pick it up. I told him I no longer wanted the food, just a refund. He claimed he would have to contact his regional manager to find out how to refund me, took my phone number and said he would call me back. He never called me back.
Later in the evening I called back to check on things since I hadn’t gotten a follow up call and the woman I spoke with, again, refused to provide her name and spoke very little English, told me they can’t refund my money and hung up on me. I had to have a friend of mine who speaks Spanish call the location and the woman was very polite to her and actually had a full conversation with her and took the time to tell her she needed to call corporate.
It’s absolutely ridiculous to me that I cannot be refunded money I paid for food I never received and that I was treated so poorly because I don’t speak Spanish. Customer Service is horrendous and I will not order food from here again. Ever. My place of employment is literally in the same plaza as this Burger King and many of my colleagues order from here frequently. I will make sure to spread the word that they take your money and don’t provide the food you pay for, then refuse to refund you or even tell you how to get your money back.

Read moreI went today to buy a meal. When I tried to order a meal with their coupon they told me it wasn't valid without the 4 digit code. They put the code on the edge of the coupon in the upper right corner. When I used the coupon above it it must have tourn the code of off the one I was trying to use today. In a very abrupt manor, I was told they would honor the coupon without the code. It was a $3 meal. I was stuck in the line and couldn't get out because of cars in front and in back. Now I'm getting frustrated so I asked to talk to the manager. The manager refused to help in the same manor. At this point I was very frustrated and raised my voice. I didn't swear but, I was arguing. I told them I'd just wait until they could help me. They told me to get out of line or they'd call the police. Keep in mind I stil have cars infront and in back. It was about 15 minutes before I got to the front and could get out of line. By that time the Police were there. I told them the story and of course no reason they should have been called but, I learned from them that the Manager claimed he called because I threatened them. So not only did they do a horrilbe job and offered no solutions other than we can't do anything for you but, lied to the police about what happened. I will never go again and I recommend to other not to give them...

Onion rings n chicken fries ...sandwiches had tom. No chicken fries because they claimed I ordered 3 sandwiches and the onion rings were not even the slightest bit warm...they don't want to refund u n say u wanna keep it and I charge u for what u really wanted um like no get it right and refund me...last time I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches n fries I got home to discover I have 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 whoppers I did not order and refused to refund me because they say that's what I ordered I know what I ordered...bk have it ur way is a ridiculous joke the staff has no clue what they are doing hardly any staff to begin with listens skills and customer service very poor..and ur food is never correct I will never recommend this burger King to anybody driving a little further to not deal with the hassle of this...
