Howie's Ralston Lounge — Restaurant in Arvada

I've been going here for years. Very cool neighborhood bar-vibe with a nice mix of friendly, happy and unpretentious customers. Friday nights are especially fun with Karaoke and Leslie tending bar. Leslie is always smiling and always on it! She remembers what I like to drink and gets it right, every time (my drinks are complicated...). So many bartenders elsewhere give you attitude, ignore you and make you feel like you're a burden to them, all the while still expecting you to give them a big fat tip. Leslie is one of the few bartenders these days who is genuinely happy to see you, is good at her job and has a fun-loving personality and a friendly demeanor. She makes you feel welcome and appreciated, even when she's super busy taking care of everyone while keeping everything...

4 because it was my first visit suggested by a friend who'd been there before and I didn't get the whole experience meaning food, evening entertainment, football atmosphere etcetera. Otherwise I had a great time there. Wide open rooms, Joanna was an awesome bartender - friendly cordial right on the spot with drink refills and a really great smile. Was welcomed into conversations comfortably and had a lot of laughs. Huckleberry stole the show though... such a cute little dog. A word of warning though... Don't get too close to him with a Westword. He tore that thing to shreds in about 30 seconds... I couldn't stop laughing and now my ribs hurt. I will be back. I didn't realize how much I needed to new venue to visit and be comfortable in and these folks Surely...

This is a fun quaint place with a lot of regulars. I personally have been hanging out there for over 25 years. It is such a friendly bar that it doesn't take long for you to begin to feel like Family. They suck you in and you can't help but to spread your friendship too. They have potluck compitions, Halloween contests, bands, Indy raffels, football pools, karaoke okee and much more. This is on we of those neighborhood bars what where you will ok l sing, "I love this bar." As you feel like you've walked into a similarity of Cheers. Fun, quant, friendly, personable place to go.
