i wish I could give negative stars.
Me and my boyfriend decided to order from popeyes and we were very excited to get some of our food. I have been to popeyes before and I have had the fried shrimp many times before, expecting the same thing as usual. Tell me why the “shrimp” came in the tiniest cup possible, and my “side” was more food than the shrimp. I highly doubt that would even feed a toddler. The sandwiches and mashed potatoes were surprisingly warm, even though I was fully expecting those to also be tiny and lukewarm aswell. We had also ordered apple pies (2) and a cheesecake. They forgot the cheesecake. The chicken we got was below room temperature, and tasted mediocre. Thank god at least the sandwiches tasted good. It seems like not only did they give me a “meal” that could barely suffice a toddler, forget one of my items, but you can’t even put a plastic fork in the bag? Amazing how this specific store used to be so good, only to turn into this dump. We should have went to Raising Canes, same price as here except it would have actually filled us up.
The first picture is the “shrimp” if you can even call it that, compared to my fingernail, if you can even see it because it’s so small. The other photos are how small the amount of food they gave us was. Don’t waste your money here, unless your Elon musk. In that case, please invest in making this popeyes actually good. I would capitalize the p in popeyes, but you don’t deserve that.
Update review: Went here again recently because of low food options and wanted to give a second chance hoping it was a bad day last time. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, lady was so rude when we asked what was going on, and when we pulled up to the window she was still rude and didn’t even say hello or any updates on the food. we waited another 5 minutes and it seems like they can’t say anything nice out of their vocabulary, manager was in the distance at the counter giving dirty looks. Finally when we get our food, we tried to say thank you and have a good day and said lady who probably took our orders said “yep.” And slammed the window shut. Literally how is this place still in business because it baffles me. Gross, rude and can’t seem to get the orders right, ever. Makes the rest of their restaurants...
Read more(if no ice melt everyone knows SALT MELTS ICE!)* Picked up a delivery order today around 11:45 am....(btw I'm also a customer who will not be back)..... At the entrance there was over an inch thick layer of ice in front of both doors almost the entire width of the entrance. NO EXCUSE..... They were not too busy to address this, i told the guy at the counter and he acted surprised and said he'll check on it. So a good 5 minute later i was leaving and nobody came out. I went back inside and reminded the kid, also reminded him they refuse to serve drivers at the drive thru so they better keep the entrance safe for us. His lack of concern for customer & driver safety was infuriating. I do prefer to pick up deliveries inside however.... DO NOT FORCE IT if it's too much trouble to throw down some ice melt. When i left i accidentally knocked over the wet floor cone inside the entry way, (funny since the floors were dry & the real hazard was a huge patch of ice outside) So when i picked up the cone i decided for your lazy uncaring staff it would serve best outside on top of the ice. Btw i returned to the restaurant to get my customers coke the kid forgot to give me and the ice was still untouched and the wet floor cone was still outside on the ice where i placed it....THIS WAS 30 MINUTES AFTER INFORMING YOUR STAFF OF THE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS AT THE ENTRANCE So i did not go back in for my customers missing coke. This is a serious issue for me THERE IS NO WORKERS COMP FOR US DELIVERY DRIVERS..... We fall on ice at your establishment, it's now your issue.... LET THAT SINK IN. I suggest keeping your entrance clear of hazards for your own protection if nothing else. Start with your lazy staff,,,,, AGAIN, NOBODY DID ANYTHING ABOUT THE ICE 30 MINUTES AFTER BEING...
Read more03.04.2025. Tonight, at 6:15 p.m., my order was missing 3 biscuits in the bag. I went back through the drive and waited 7 minutes to speak to the drive-through attendant. I asked for 3 extra biscuits for having to go back and wait while my food is getting cold. Diego wasn't going to give me 3 extra biscuits. No problem, can I get my 3 I did pay for but didn't receive? Thanks Diego, way to drop my review now from a 3 to a 2. It was a 5 star originally. But this location can't seem to get the orders completed correctly or compensate for incompetence!
Prior review - 2024. The food is the most important part of the review, and I give this location a 4 out of 5 because I love their chicken. However, they never get the order right. Tonight, once again, I get home and no jalapenos. They asked me twice for sauces and honey, and I had to wait in the parking spot for only 5 minutes. I regret not verifying I had everything, but I shouldn't have to. That is the cashier's job at the drive-through. If I performed my job at this level, I would have been fired. I refuse to go back to get what should have already been included with my order. Another $1.19 lost to the Popeye gods. That is now up to $15.00 in losses to them. Check...
