Panda Express — Restaurant in Arvada

Wow. I have never seen any business with lower ratings how terrible. The only reason we continue to go here because we literally live a block away from this location. It's extremely convenient. We've lived here for a over a year and our experience is always the same. Even with the different managers that seem to pop up and then leave all of the time. It doesn't even matter if you go through the drive thru or inside. The drive thru they are extremely rude and pushy and make you feel like a jerk for even ordering. They don't tell you your total until you get to the window, which is fine but don't get frustrated when you then have to wait for me to get that payment ready. There is always a guy at the window who is around 300lbs. He stares at you uncomfortably on purpose and then makes odd remarks you can't hear. He does this every time! He honestly creeped me out so much I started bringing my fiancé with every time. They say to pull around front and they'll bring it out in five minutes. NOPE. More like we have waited 25 minutes before, if I didn't already pay I would have happily drove off. Then when you come inside it isn't better. Trash cans are flowing. There's trash on the tables and trash on the ground. The drink station isn't stalked and there is soda literally everywhere on the dang thing. They NEVER have any food prepared. We try a variety of food there and you can guarantee you'll have to wait at least five minutes for some kind of food. They had or still have, who knows, managers that need to be taught what manners are since it's so hard for them to display at work. I've seen the Indian girl manager yell at customers for taking too long to order. And I've see the shorter blonde girl scream at employees and me and my fiancé have caught her rolling her eyes at us multiple times. I understand you work in the food industry, I helped managed a pizza chain. I understand you become busy and frustrated. But this is a customer service job first and foremost, I've never seen a place with such consistently low service. And I'm only writing this now because MY FIANCÉ HAS TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING. He's beeen extremely sick for 24 hours straight thanks to you. This is not a clean environment and not clean people either. They all smoke outside the building not even five feet away and come back and don't wash hand. Disgusting all around. I don't even know what good this review does since their corporate has never responded to anyone before. I don't even care anymore at this point for location. Third time in as many weeks here, just left after not being acknowledged by the same female manager who doesn't even look up, granted she is packing food full, so much so that the first time they ran out of the kung pao chicken since she was so generous with everyone, so I waited for 7 minutes for them to make it, watching fresh orange chicken get made and come out, and then finally decided to leave; went back the next week and but there was a line and they were out of a few entrees @3 in the afternoon so I left; and tonight everything was fresh and chock-full but no one looked up and after 5 minutes of standing there, I finally left, And I did make it clear that being acknowledged would be pleasant, and I pointed to her and she laughed. This female manager or whatever she is, wears the hat, slightly short and stout, needs to at least do some acknowledging. It's the third time, it's a pattern. They seem miserable, and again no one said a word and I was standing there Just waiting. Go to a different Panda Express. To be clear.. The manager person wasn't the only one working, the lady who was taking orders walked in the back while I was standing there, they were still outside when I left a few minutes later; and some young male employee brought out an enormous bowl/wok of fried rice, and then also just stood there and didn't even look at me. Reviews speak for themselves. First and LAST time I will ever go to this location. I arrived almost a full hour before close. I ordered 2 side bowls, was told they were out of all sides other than fried rice. I got both with fried rice. Went to add my entrees, they were out of broccoli beef, had to get orange chicken and sesame chicken - I was really looking forward to the broccoli beef. Ordered one large portion of cheese rangoons, was told they only have enough for 3 small portions and i agreed. Ordered a Dr pepper no ice without an issue. Get to window and handed Priscilla G (according to my receipt, no name tag displayed) a buy 1 bowl get 1 bowl free coupon. She said she couldnt honor it, not expired. I asked if there was anything she could do considering that there were so many items I wanted that they could not honor. She said she cant do anything and if i wanted anything i would have to pay full price. I then re-iterated my displeasure with it being almost a full hour before close and I didn't understand why they were so low on items. She again said she cant do anything and if i wanted anything I had to pay full price. I agreed because I was hungry. She forgot any utensils and she rolled her eyes when I asked for some.
