7/29/23 830am, barista Alexis. Ordered Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Alexis grabbed some coffee concentrate and watered it down. Added some ice and milk. I pointed out this was not what I ordered and looked nothing like the photo. There is no vanilla cream foam, no nitro cold brew used.
She looked and said yeah that photo is wrong, and there is no foam for the vanilla version. She then explained the foam comes from the nitro cold brew (that was right next to her with the wood pull arms that she didn't use). I disagreed and requested a refund as she was just lying to me, clearly didn't want to be there, and was taking many shortcuts to complete the drink incorrectly.
She then immediately rang up a cash refund and said, "That's all I could get." Again, another lazy lie. I then declined and asked for a card refund as thats how I paid. She called over the store director, who showed her how to refund my card. Awful experience.
To the owner who is going to suggest submitting a survey to Starbucks via link, this location is not listed on the Starbucks feedback form. I suspect since this is operated by Safeway that feedback would need to be sent there as Starbucks is not letting me/accepting feedback on this location at your...

Just when I thought the lady understood I wanted a soy latte, another employee (Bethany) told the lady to go to lunch and I had to start my order again.
