Highly recommended Starbucks location. I have been going to this Starbucks as a place of study for the past year, and the staff and service are always top notch at all times throughout the day. I cannot speak much towards the quality of the drinks or food as I stick w my one small drink order most of the time, but I can say that you will most definitely be served in a professional and personable manner by the staff. Sure, the seating area might benefit from being cleaned a bit more, and the music is perhaps a bit louder compared to other locations (based on my experience), but all things considered, this Starbucks location is a great place to go to.
I also would like to put in a special word for Ms. Nikki, Ms. Laura, Abigayle, and Kenzie, all of whom conduct themselves in an honorable manner towards their customers and fellow colleagues. Regarding the latter three, it is difficult not to notice and adopt some of the energy from Laura, Abigayle, and Kenzie, who never fail to act in an upbeat manner, even if it is 5 a.m. in the morning. As for Ms. Nikki, at least from my perspective as a customer, sets a great example for her team regarding her exceptional customer service, and who furthermore, is a humble, empathetic leader to all employees.

Another Shout Out to the management and staff at this store. Gavin, Addie, Elyse, Cindy, Sam, Mary Pat, Barret and all of the others always treat me well when I come in. So glad you are back open! I want to update my review and recognize more of the staff at this store. This store has a drive-thru, but I choose to go inside and order because the staff at this store is always so friendly and welcoming. They get my day started in the right direction. Thank you, (Kayla, Sara, Samantha, Cindy, Mary Pat, Barret, and all the others who have helped to make my experience great). Read moreWhen a mobile-order customer walks in and stands at the window for five minutes and doesn’t get greeted, and meanwhile four other drink orders get served at that very same window, there’s a problem. There were at least seven different workers (whose attention I failed to get) hurriedly making coffee and doing business (nobody is lazy here!), but clearly the focus is on the considerable drive-through traffic. It’s a shame that the rare walk-in customer doesn’t even get acknowledged. I had to wave my hand high in the air to get someone’s attention and I did get an apology (and oddly, an acknowledgment that he saw me standing there). On top of this poor service, I also got the equivalent of a very creamy latte (judge yourself using this bad photo—it’s nearly white) when I asked for a light splash of cream in dark coffee. I’m disappointed and once again surprised at how some of the simplest things...
