Let the drive thru woman taking our order know I had a coupon. She took our order then charged us for the full, non coupon amount, which was substantially more. When I told her, she had me talk to the manager who told me to drive around, come in and he'll fix it. I went in, WITH MY COUPON, and talked to her, the woman at the drive thru. She admitted the mistake, in front of the manager, and said she forgot to apply the coupon. The manager told me I needed to give her the coupon to apply it. I said I did and she gave it back to me with my card after she charged everything. I then said, I had advised her I had a coupon to begin with so she should have applied that price and if I didn't have the coupon at the window, she could have applied the right price. The manager said he doesn't give refunds or replacements, that he will LET ME hold onto the coupon, THAT THEY DIDN'T APPLY TO BEGIN WITH, and I can use it some other time. Oh, and he said to let the next person I order from know and maybe they'll give me a free small fry. He then told the drive thru woman, who took responsibility and was willing to work with me, to go back to taking orders and he, himself, walked away. Whoever owns this franchise needs to contact me for some sort of reimbursement. All I want is the difference owed or something comparable food wise. Read moreI ordered a Honey butter biscuit large seasoned potato and a #5 sausage egg and cheese meal with lemonade the girl taking the order had a hard time getting it right form the beginning she couldn"t break a $50 dollar bill I spent $20 I checked my order the wrapper said chicken so I assumed it was chicken sandwich. I got to work and there was no chicken. They argued with me refused to give me a recipt cussed at me called me petty. said they would just have the samdwich at the window for me even though i was wrong, came to the window opened it a smidge andaggressivly handed me the bag shuttign the window quckly. all because I asked for the sandwich replaced. I would have even paid the difference for the chicken since they insisted I ordered it wrong but they couldnt even give me a reciept to show the mistake. No one takes their job serious anymore and its sad we had 40 yr old men working the drive through arguing with people about chicken sandwiches. what is this world coming to. We went through the drive thru; ordering was easy, paying was easy - both staff members were kind, polite, and helpful. However, our experience tanked at the pickup window. Bobbi shoved (yes, shoved) two bags at me, but quickly yanked them away with a grunt. She came back to the window and handed me one bag, and then another. I asked if that was everything because it didn't seem like it. Bobbi replied with disgust, "Yes!" I looked through our bags quickly and found we were missing half our meals. Bobbi left the window, so I said, "Excuse me, ma'am, we're missing some things." From that point on, it was clear, I was a burden to Bobbi. She was rude, condescending, and proceeded to verbally abuse her staff loudly. After she shoved another bag out the window, I asked for her name. She didn't want to give it, but fortunately, she turned in a way that made her name tag visible. I said her name and asked if she was a manager. She smiled and sarcastically said, "Yes." I told her her staff was far better than her, and she slammed the window shut.
