Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Arvada

I used to come here 2 or 3 times a weeks, but now this place has gone so downhill I never go here anymore, not only did the change the hours with no warnings this place is constantly understaffed (and I mean like every single time I come here they tell me they are understaffed) and I feel bad for the employees! The old employees who I used to see were very sweet, and knew my drink order and we often had conversations, now I come in and I’m greeted by rudeness and they barely try to start conversations. Not only that everytime I’ve come here since August my drink has tasted consistently diffrent every single time, and I always get the same drink. I was completely disappointed today I really wish I had went somewhere else. I used to go about three or four times a week. But the customer service has gotten worse over time. I ordered an ice infusion with one pump of strawberry and one pump of Orange period which I order all the time. For some reason they struggle with just one pump, today was the same thing. It is over sweet because they didn't listen to what I asked for. And then when I was handed my drink I asked for a straw and the response I got was I only have two hands and it came with a scowl. I go to this location often, and it’s always been good. But today I ordered a smashberry energy infusion and was not given that. The cashier at the drive thru window also asked the barista if it was in fact the correct order, to which the barista gave attitude and told her of course it was and looked different. When the cashier handed it the drink to me, I also questioned it.
