I ordered visual vinyl through their online store. To my dismay, after the tracking said "delivered", I had no visual vinyl! Mile High put in a claim for the package just about right away. But, the useless Post Office never even sent anything back or help with the claim. Just silence from the post office.
After finally contacting the post office directly we finally found out that a new carrier delivered to the wrong address. The people at the address apparently kept the package instead of sending it back. sigh
I mention busyness because due to the post office, we were all left wondering what the heck to do. As a result, I had lost communication with Mile High DJ Supply while they were trying to keep up with their massive demand for their products while doing all of the awesome stuff they do at the shop.
As a result, I couldn't be happier with how Kyle ultimately handled things. He was super honest and apologetic for any communication delays (I only expect a bit of delay from a guy that is doing so much!), and he sent out a new 12 inch record in return. (not necessary, but impossible to turn down!)
So, ultimately, this is a great company run by great people. If you have any troubles with your order, let them know right away and be patient as they don't have a large workforce to handle all the great things they are doing!
I would recommend Mile High DJ Supply to anyone! They deserve the support to...
Read moreIf you're looking for new gear, or are visiting and need some rentals, this is the best spot to go. The whole staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recently upgraded to an XZ with a case and they called me the next day to let me know I paid for shipping on accident (I live in Denver so shipping wasn't necessary) so they refunded the extra I paid instead of just taking the extra money, next level customer service that you won't find at a big box store.
When I picked up my gear they double checked to make sure I had all the necessary cables, a good USB, etc and even though I did have what I needed already, it was nice that they took the time to really make sure I was fully set and ready to go. So whether you're just getting into DJ'ing and need some help, or a 10+ year veteran looking to round out your setup, definitely stop by or give them a call.
Fun fact: you can also rent out their CDJ practice area if you want to get comfortable on some CDJs before...
