They have good sausage here and other meats, but unfortunately they are very unwelcoming. It could be the difference in culture, but I've had this experience at other places where I've gone to get kielbasa. They are very cold and unfriendly, to the point where I am afraid to ask any questions. Of their sausage selection, I asked which was kielbasa. The woman looked away like I asked a stupid question and said it's all kielbasa. Rather than explain or educate me, she gave me a look like I should know better. A little bit of guidance from her would probably have resulted in me buying more of their meats. This was my third time here. Next time I go in I won't say a word. I will point to the sausage, pay, and walk-out. I feel intimidated when i walk into the place like I am a foreigner walking into a place where I have no business being.
There is a place in Pueblo that has great kielbasa and other meats and they are always busy, but very friendly. Sad, that I would rather make a 100 mile drive to Pueblo than to support my own, local market that has the...
Read moreThis little deli is simply amazing. We have been coming here for the past 15 years and are always treated like family. We've been helped by the same ladies for all these years and there's really something to say about that it's rare to see that nowadays. There's plenty of fresh cut to order deli meats, sausages and everything you can imagine with the sweets. Comparing their deli meats and sausages to something like king soopers you simply cannot they are not even in the same league. And the ladies do not mind giving you samples. You can always order lunch there and take it to go like we do whenever we drive up there for our monthly trip. There is a wide selection of Polish, Germany, Hungarian, etc variety. My favorite is the home made perogies that they sell. Love taking them home and frying them up. I also love the smoked bacon ( a must try!), honey ham, and the cheese oh the cheese! If you haven't been here definitely recommend you stop by because your missing out on some really great choices for not only deli meats but also sweets and...
Read moreHave been coming here for years and years, always treated like you are family. Same ladies have owned this store since I can remember. Best place to get Polish food and deli meats by far! Also have german and Hungarian. And the delicious selection of cheeses you won’t ever find at any King Soopers. Their cheeses are my personal favorite and the homemade perogies. This place has a great selection of Deli meats and sausages. As well as some candy and canned goods, in addition there are some rare items as well which are extremely difficult to find else where. There are also coffees and teas from Europe. The selection they do have will definitely satisfy all those missing their favorites from Poland and other parts of Europe surely as well. The store is always extremely clean, spotlessly so and it’s great to be greeted by name and smile when we go...
