Although I love their biscuits and almost anything you get from this fast food restaurant is great, the service is and for the most part has always been rude. However my experience today will be my last! I went through the drive thru around a little before 12 (with my 3 year old) so they weren't busy. I placed my order and as I was driving up to the window my daughter had changed her mind like every child does and told me she wanted an orange juice. So as I approach the window I asked the lady if I could add one, her reply was okay. After she got an attitude because I was trying to talk to her when she was trying to take my money and the one order behind me at the same time. So she tells the other customer to hold on and turns to I'm guessing the register to add my oj and when she does, she says "once you say that's it, that's it, I'm moving on to the next order." Okay well that just ran all over me so I leave didn't say anything because clearly I was bothering her. I decided to call and just inform the manager; because I work with the public have for years and it doesn't matter what the customer asks for, you don't say anything of that nature. Well the person who answers the phone said they were the manager, as I begin to tell them they tell me I need to repeat myself they were running a credit card and didn't hear a thing I had just said. I tell her what had happen and before I could even finish, she tells me that she had seen her side of what happen, but didn't see mine; and that the lady did nothing wrong. However when I was at the window I did not see anyone but the rude lady working the drive thru, then as I am talking calmly just telling the lady you don't speak to your customers like they are a problem she simply says have a nice day ma'am and hangs up the phone. I get people have bad day, but if your working with the public you don't let it interfere with your job. Who knew adding an orange juice would piss...
Read moreWent through drive through for breakfast, ordered a breakfast platter with bacon, a large tenderloin biscuit added egg cheese and mayo to the biscuit and an extra order hash browns, total was $17 plus change. Got home, opened the bag and the biscuit only had tenderloin, no egg no cheese no mayo, no mayo packets, no extra order of hash browns in the bag either. Won’t be going back. Food is expensive so I paid for it. I know the price when I order. Stealing is not providing the customer what they pay for. I have no interest in going back and giving them another opportunity to steal my money. And since the food was for someone else, no, I didn’t unwrap the biscuit to check the toppings. A customer should not have to confirm the bag is right before they drive away. Unacceptable! We stopped eating here a year ago for the same issue and just decided to give it another try today....
Read moreI use to go to this location when it was the former owners the food was always great and great service. Now the food is still pretty good if you get it early in the day but the behaviors I witnessed when I went in with my granddaughter the other day was just disgusting! An older heavy set lady I'm assuming was a manager was having to get on to people to do things most were just standing around talking loudly and some conversations not appropriate for customers or even CHILDREN to be hearing! And then another manager who wore a baseball cap backwards had the rudest attitude and conducted herself very rudely. This isn't the first time I've noticed a few of the same employees behaving this way including the so called manager... Unless they start doing something about ALL their employees and teach them better customer service skills they will continue...
