White lady with short bob cut hair was extremely rude. Upon arrival she was chatting with people who came in that she knew, which was no big deal, but we stood and waited for a table (all were dirty) for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. We drove an hour to come to a huddle house as we don't have one local and we arrive with 3 guests at tables and the rest dirty and several employees. After waiting, I brought it up to the white lady with short bob cut hair that they were all dirty and she said "oh all the tables are dirty?" I said yes and she rolled her eyes and said "well I will get to it when I have time". So no time to wipe tables, but time to talk and talk not doing your job. Got it. Oh and icing on the cake, after the people left that she was talking to, she proceeded to go back behind the counter and stand there not doing anything. We left and she didn't bat an eye, but some patrons were shocked by her and was like that's unacceptable. Won't be back, that's for sure! If I could give 0...
Read moreI recently had an amazing dining experience at The Huddle House, and I have to give special recognition to Hurley for making it truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, Hurley’s warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Hurley provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was attentive and made sure every aspect of my meal was perfect. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. Throughout my meal, Hurley checked in regularly, ensuring that everything was to my liking and promptly addressing any requests. His genuine care for the customers was evident and greatly appreciated. The food at The Huddle House was delicious, but it was Hurley’s exceptional service that really stood out and made my visit special. Read moreWe typically don't dine in because we're a pretty large group and huddle House is a small place. I usually call in the order and go right in and they have it ready to go or almost packed up when we get there. Always reliable. Update: this morning I went to huddle House alone and tried the chicken fried steak, eggs with hash browns and toast. The star of the show was definitely the chicken fried steak with gravy. They smothered it with the right amount of gravy. Not too much. Not too little. And on a weekday morning it's not too bad. There was hardly anybody there and it was fast, friendly service. It looked like they had updated their menu and I'm sorry I didn't get a picture and the prices do reflect some of the increased costs that are needed these days. Value for the money. Definitely 100% worth it. Atmosphere for the amount of money. Probably not so much but it was really good and really worth it and I would...
