April 12 2020, I drove through for a late meal... placed my order. Upon receiving my order I drove off. When my wife was reaching in to look at our order she realized that a Steak Quesorito wasn't in there and that they have given me five shredded chicken burritos(i ordered 4). I pulled over to the Wendy's parking lot and got off my vehicle to notify them about the issue. They immediately shut the window at my face and made me wait for 2 or 3 minutes until the assistant manager made a hand signal of "NO". I knocked on the window that way I could get someone else's attention and as soon as someone looked at the window that same assistant manager yelled at that same person "AHHHuhhh HE GOTTA DRIVE THROUGH " inconveniently i walked back to my vehicle and drove around. After waiting in line patiently I started recording because I had a feeling this would be a disturbing situation after being rudely disrespected at the window. I approached the window (this time inside my vehicle) and let them know about my issue thats when that same manager comes up to the window and starts telling me about strict policies due to COVID-19. (TELL ME ABOUT THIS STRICT POLICY BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES TO CLEAN AND PREP FOOD, AND WEARING THE MASK ON THE CHIN WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WEARING IT OVER YOUR MOUTH) after the argument back and forth i did not want to do business with them therefore i wanted my money back and told them to take the food back. Assistant manager said "ok" (shuts the window in my face again and walked away. 3-5 min later her boss walk up the window and says "can I help you? " I replied "where did she go?" Boss replied "she's back there, what do you need?" I replied "she is getting my money. " thats when she rudely told me "we can't take the food back because of company policy and we can't give you the money back if there's nothing wrong with your food. She shuts the window, the crew starts laughing and taking selfies showing distespect to a paying customer. Read more**Although I'm leaving up my original review, please, scroll down and see my updated review. I believe this place has recently undergone some drastic staffing changes which has dramatically changed the quality of service you get here.
Now, let's not call this "Mexican" food because it certainly is not. We eat here often. It's quick, cheap and I prefer that there is hardly any meat on the tacos. My kids hate it, but I like the "lettuce tacos with a little meat" that we always seem to get.
The biggest issue is the drinks. It seems someone doesn't know how to refill or set up the machine. The drinks are always basically just soda water - no sugar.
Service is friendly enough. We never dine in, but we pretty much always get through the drive thru fairly quickly and they get our order right 99.9% of the time.
I don't really have any complaints about this place. It's a typical Taco Bell. The food is okay. The service is okay. The convenience of it all is great.
*10/12/17 - My daughter and I both became sick after eating at this Taco Bell. I only took a couple of bites after noticing a terrible taste. It was disgusting. I will likely never eat Taco Bell again, thanks to our last visit.

Read moreI ordered a grande cw meal with no sour cream and no tomato with a Sierra mist to drink. The Sierra mist was straight carbonation with no syrup. I asked for my drink to be replaced with sierra mist. I was told they could not change out the syrup and I needed to pick another drink. I then picked pepsi and they explained they were out of large cups and they needed to give me a medium cup instead. I then went to eat my crunch wrap and it had tomatoes and sour cream. I went back to Taco Bell to where I was told there was nothing they could do to resolve this because they were now closed. They couldn't replace my order and were very rude and laughing at the whole situation. I then called the manager and was told I was speaking to either Brianna or Nelly and was never given their exact name as people were laughing in the background as I was talking to them. She said she could not resolve the issue tonight and that they could not have given me Sierra mist because they had to go to the back to change out the syrup, and told me there was nothing she could do.
