Biscuitville — Restaurant in Asheboro

I LOVE Biscuitville so much and tried Saturday morning to go to both Asheboro locations with no luck. That is the only reason for the 1 star. First it was about 10:30 on Saturday morning I tried to go to the Dixie drive location. I was trying to turn left into the line for the drive through which was impossible since the oncoming traffic was so heavy and then people kept turning right into the drive through line. I finally gave up and thought to go to the Fayetteville street location which was also a nightmare trying to get in - of course I was trying to turn left into it and sat there in the turn lane for at least another 15 minutes - I saw no end in sight and finally gave up and had to go to McDonalds next door which was NOT the food I was wanting. So needless to say I was unable to get my Spicy honey chicken biscuit from Biscuitville Saturday morning that I was craving. Something has got to be done about the amount of cars and the drive...

So I have spoke to management more than once.... one girl's name is Vanessa and I don't remember the other managers name. Vanessa was very kind when I spoke to her about this issue that happens over and over again. I go through the drive-thru or go inside of the restaurant and always ask for crispy bacon and never receive crispy bacon. Full of fat that is not cooked thoroughly. Who wants to chew on Raw fat? How hard is it to put Crispy bacon on a biscuit??? Not the management... but the employees there are VERY rude and they don't care if they get your order right or not.... they act like that you are a problem because you go back and request your order to be right with us as consumers paying them our hard-earned money to this company. If this problem continues I will go higher up to district managers or the owner of this location. Customer service here...

The food IS good. No doubt there. The line. The line reaches out onto the main road making this EXTREMELY dangerous for drivers driving down the road. Almost every morning there are customers who have parked on the road waiting on the line. I think Biscuitville or the city of Asheboro should address this. This steers me away from coming here. Condiments. Asking for any extra condiments is like pulling teeth. They act like they don't want to give you more than 1 creamer, more than 1 ranch, more than 1 ketchup. I have even offered to pay for extra condiments, but they still proceeded to tell me they can only give 1 per customer. I ordered for my family of 7 and only got 1 ranch, 1 ketchup?
