I used to visit this restaurant every Tuesday morning, but today will be the last visit I'll be making to this restaurant. My mother who was with me had an issue with her food and explained to the waitress that the country ham sandwich was terrible and asked if she could get it removed from the order because it was so bad she didn't eat any of it. The waitress removed it before checkout from the order. I was paying for the whole ticket and my mother left the restaurant to go outside and wait in the car. When I got to checkout the manager started asking me questions about what was wrong with the sandwich and I explained Idk because I didn't order or taste the sandwich. She kept on asking questions and saying it was because she needed to know to help her business. I eventually got frustrated and told her I'll pay for it so she would stop making it a big deal because it really wasn't a big deal. She continued asking questions even after I told her to place it back on the ticket so I had to tell her I was in a hurry to get her to stop making the situation worse. It was very unprofessional for the manager to bother a paying customer who doesn't know anything about the sandwich and it has nothing to do with the money. I don't like how the manager handled the situation in such an unprofessional way so I won't be returning. You lost a customer over a $3 sandwich because you were very unprofessional. I didn't mind paying for it had it been made clear that they couldn't remove it or some professional manner. It's not about the money I expect more from management I don't expect it to be perfect, but I expect a simple situation to stay simple not...
Read moreI remember in the past when we went in I really liked the food . there were good size portions and more reasonable prices. I have picked up to the window lately and I usually get the special of the day that they’ve overcharged me twice for in the past. I don’t get the amount of food that I remember and see in the photos that people get when they go inside. I spent $10 for barbecue chicken with two vegetables and cornbread and I should be full ..but I’m still very hungry . The chicken was pitiful to be honest because the 2 wings were tiny and all bone they had no meat on them and I asked for white meat and got a small thigh that was also cold and full of fat. To top it off there was hardly any barbecue on the chicken . I got no butter with my bread which was just one small piece of pancake style bread. The squash casserole was good but I didn’t get very much of it. I’m very disappointed and I think that they should accommodate people who can’t come inside with disabilities who pick up at the window with the same amount and quality of food as you would...
