We got an after market stereo for our vehicle and brought it to this facility to be installed. They let my husband and I know it would be $120.00 for installing our own stereo. They could not install it right away, so I came back on my own when he could install our stereo. I arrived and when he said it was done, I was told to pay $120.00 cash. I said ok lets see how it works and he insisted that I pay first. I said no as to how do I know if it works (I am not paying for anything that I can not see is working.). I said let me call my husband and he hopped off the stool and said "no we show you how it works." I got into our vehicle and there were 2 God ugly orange wires hanging from the bottom of the stereo. I also hated the garbled and the rear speakers were not working. He failed to show me how to set up my phone or even how to work simple things on the stereo itself.
