Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Asheville

J mikes is one of my fav sub shops in town. I have been coming here for years. My last two experiences at their Hendersonville rd. location have been bad. First time I was gonna let it go, everyone has a bad day here and there. We come in 20 minutes before closing, gonna grab a sandwich and hit the road, no intention of sitting down to eat even though it would have been 5 mins tops. When the cashier asked if it was dine in/out. Before we could get a word out of mouths the guy who made our subs blurts, we close in 20 minutes. I said no worries I know yall are about to close we weren’t gonna stay anyway. Get our drinks, no tea. Today went back again today over an hr before closing, no tea again, not a single “hey how ya doin” or a smile from any of the staff. It was as if it was a burden to have dinner there for them. Customer service was trash. Will be driving across town to get j mikes from here on....

Let me be clear. I like Jersey Mike's. They make great sandwiches. Steer clear of this location, though, until they get quality employees. While I stood waiting for my food to be made, two of the three employees were complaining about having to come into work. The employee cutting the meat, whether deliberate or not, left out a meat from one of my sandwiches. I suppose he didn't think I'd notice. At the end, the two employees at the sandwich station argued about who would ring me up, neither of whom actually did. One employee was at the grill the whole time and didn't do a thing. I left and won't be back to this location. I would understand if this was an isolated incident, however it wasn't. The apathy of a handful of employees at this particular franchise is tarnishing the reputation of a sandwich chain that I genuinely...

Great sandwich and clean store but.....

I worked at Jersey Mike’s in college and frequent the chain (2-5 times a month). This location in particular will never add lettuce to my hot sandwich when ordered. If I don’t think to ask again at the register it doesn’t get put on.

This happened today when I ordered my lunch.

I order the same sandwich the same way and have been for about 4 years living in Asheville. It’s not a big deal but it’s annoying and this mistake is made by some of the longer tenured staff members/shift leads as well as newer faces I’ve seen come and go.

Just read the ticket please. The Jersey Mike’s by Chuck E Cheese’s doesn’t seem to have a problem with...
