Kota Kai is such an amazing coffee shop experience. The atmosphere is top-notch since the remodel and rebrand. It feels like an adventure inside a building. Their beans are organized on the walls by region of the world they come from. The decor rides a beautiful line between luxury and rustic. Read moreThis is a must-try for any coffee enthusiast. We stepped in expecting a cafe, but what we got was so much more. This is the closest thing to a "coffee library" that I have experienced. The walls are lined with vials of coffee beans organized by region, and detailed with notes of each roast. We enjoyed talking details with the staff (shout out to Tim!) and got to try some samples before we bought beans.

How can employees make tips if the customer has to do all the work, get the beans get the bags, etc?. what is the service you’re providing?
