Starbucks — Restaurant in Asheville

I don’t know what’s up with how this location operates. Or if it’s just specific men being petty. But every time I go to Starbucks I place a mobile order ahead of time and hop in the drive thru line per the app. And every time it’s an issue at this location why they don’t have my order ready before the ppl behind me even tho i made this order way ahead of time. It doesn’t make sense when they say they haven’t had enough time to make my order ,when ordering live in the drive through after me they have their order made first, when my mobile order was sent way before this order. They have made me go around to wait in front of the building multiple times it just one guy that does this. None of the ladies have ever...

This used to be the best location but it has gone downhill. My drink is simple but it is only made right by less than half the staff anymore. When I ask for it to be remade they get an attitude and only want to add a shot on top of an iced drink (which melts the ice and waters it down) or add pumps of syrup on top of a drink (which makes it sickening sweet). I've told them before to just remake it, only to be met with eye rolling, slamming around, and attitude. This morning my drink was wrong yet again for the third day in a row and I just threw it away and contacted corporate so I wouldn't have to deal with their attitudes. It's a shame to see this store make it to this point considering it's the only one...

By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are always super friendly, efficient, and always making sure to get your order right. Kim is the best and always makes an effort to greet me and remember my order every time. There is also a regular staff member there who I don’t know her name but she is also amazing. I always order my cold brew with light ice and when she noticed the barista put too much ice in it, she corrected it and made it a learning lesson for her fellow staff member and told her “I’m just trying to help you be the best barista you can be.” I can’t say enough good things about this location. I wish they were all as amazing...
