I’d leave zero stars if I could. The manager here is rude, she also condones rude staff behavior. Came through on a Sunday. Happy to wait in line for the drive through line (that goes clear back to the entrance) with 6 kids in my car. Finally get to the speaker and cars behind me start honking their horns. I assume because they see me waiting, but I was waiting to be greeted much less an order be taken. Time to order gets here and I’m asked to come inside by the poor excuse for a manager, after waiting in line for 8 minutes. We said no, we’d already waited. She leaves the speaker with attitude and sends a guy to the speaker. He starts taking our order and continues one after the other with a back handed comment while we’re trying to hammer out a quick order. I tell him I want a manager, she jumps in and starts smarting off to me about how I’m being difficult. Then he starts speaking about how we are supposed to be coming inside to order for 8 people. Not only is there ZERO signage indicating that, we frequent Wendy’s intentionally and have for years, never have I had issue with drive through service. Busy or otherwise. I’m fed up at this point and I tell her I want her manager. To which she responds with, I don’t have that info and I never hear from them. I asked for survey information and was told to “just google it”. Lies and atrocious customer service behavior are all that were offered at this location today. The “managers” attitude wreaked of badly educated, poorly trained, and no customer service experience. If this is something Wendy’s corporate allows. You should be ashamed. Read moreOk, the good and the bad. First the good. The food was very good. My fries were actually the best I've ever had at a Wendy's. The burger was great too. I'm generally not a huge Wendy's fan, but I was like "damn, this is an amazing burger and fries." Almost Five Guys quality. I was tempted to go back for more.
Now, the bad.
My wife's fries weren't good at all. It's as if they were left out under the heat lamp for a long time. Dried out and hard. I don't know how that could happen in the same order.
The service was really bad. The kid who took our order seemed completely out of it. So, the tray of food showed up, and when I went to pick it up, there weren't any cups. So he looks at the order, and gives me one cup, and goes back to what he was doing. I ask for the other cup, and he gave it to me with a grunt. I had ordered a large size, but I got a small cup. I let it go, because I don't drink much soda anyway. However, my fries weren't large size like I paid for, but I let that go too because we were in a hurry.
Something had spilled on the floor in front of the condiments. There was one safety cone there in the middle of the puddles, and nobody cleaned it up. I slipped and almost went down.
The ketchup dispensers were empty. I went to the counter and got ketchup packets, and a grunt.
Then, I went back for napkins, because I forgot them, and those dispensers were empty too. Got napkins, and a grunt.
A lot of the tables in the place hadn't been wiped down. The floor looked like it hadn't been...
Read moreMarch 22 2019 @715pm I ordered 25.00 in food ordering and food was correct (1st time) out of plenty of visits... on today's visit we were handed our drinks and when I took a drink I noticed my coke tasted like rootbeer or like wise product not Coke I had ordered then I tasted my wifes and the same when brought up to the drive thru employees instantly I get this response "I dont know how that is we are out of root beer" I said I dont know how just letting you know it's not coke.. then he replied "Here I'll get it out of the same dispenser for you then" I just smiled and waited for him to hand me my soda then when he handed me my soda he shut the window and never asked why I was trying to hand him the other drink and walked away.. in anger i just pulled away with my one coke and a rootbeer that my wife nor I will drink... the point of a customer service position and company is to service the customer i know this cause i have 20 yrs experience in the industry... if u dont like doing your job correct always exspect the ppl who pay your check to want you to correct the mistake period.. after reading multiple reviews on this location that seems to be the issue here from management down to hourly employees there is no respect towards the ppl who keep you in...
