I have been in this location on many different times in the last eight months and during that timeframe, I’ve had some situations that have come up that I don’t like first of all I do consider the owner anti-American anti-Veterans and he has no respect for the veterans that have served America. I’ve had many different dealings with them on with them with the rudeness of his workers when you walk into the place it’s very creepy. There is not a good feeling when you walk in the coffee shop. I have been attacked in there on more than one occasion as a veteran. I told them if it wasn’t for the military they wouldn’t be able to come here and they wouldn’t have the freedom do they have. I went in again today with a very good friend of mine who not isn’t from the area and he wanted to show me a video of his daughter being in Papua New Guinea. Now the owner comes up and yells at us and I know it was the owner Sam I believe that is his name and said turn it down number one. It wasn’t too loud you could barely hear it. I found the owner is being a jerk, arrogant self-righteous and also so full of pride you could see it. my friend did nothing wrong. We were very low in our conversation including the video was very low. I find this attitude is very appalling and also very disgusting. I don’t like people that are very pompous and arrogant. I feel insulted as a veteran because I put my neck on the line for this country and my attitude is if he wants to be rude like that then he’s gonna lose people in the very end and also he shouldn’t even be in business. He also has no respect for the veteran or our military. The only thing he cares about is money and that’s it. this is the last time that we will go in there. Also we had another situation. There was a couple that I knew it was from the streets and they are swearing up a storm being also very rude and obnoxious, and the owner did not say anything to them. I am also a Christian, and as far as I’m concerned, my faith was attacked by this man. Anyone who reads this review I’m gonna recommend that you stay the heck out of this honeydew donuts because anybody who is anti-American military anti-veteran and also anti-American people shouldn’t be in business. I also find this man to be very highly incompetent as well as very stupid. I did not put my neck out on the line serving our country to be disrespected by what I call a communist socialist, which is what he represents. My own attitude is this if he doesn’t like the way we live go back to where it came from! I have no issues with anybody being here wherever they come from, but I know a lot of different people with different cultures from many different parts of the world that treat me as a citizen of this country with the upmost respect maybe this guy is unhappy with himself. I don’t know, I just don’t think he should be allowed to represent honey dew donuts because as an owner and as a manager, he is despicable. I know my wife and I will not go back in there again that’s a fact I highly recommend that you stay out here and go to the other honey donuts on Pond Street I know you’ll be treated better and then this guy! Now, I can see why it has a low rating in my opinion he has no idea what he’s doing. I don’t like the feeling when I walk into his establishment, I do feel like it’s a very sad and also an unhappy place. If you’re smart, you’ll stay...
Read moreI visited Honey Drill today at exactly 2 PM and I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect in a customer service setting. The woman at the window, a Hispanic lady around 60 years old, was unbelievably rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. I politely asked her if they had sugar-free Red Bull and instead of answering she just snapped go to the window. I went, even though I was already there. I kept trying to talk to her but I couldn’t tell if she was even listening to me. I ordered a large Red Bull without ice because it’s freezing today and a croissant with cheese and bacon. My total was 12 dollars. That’s a ridiculous price for what I got. She poured the Red Bull into the large cup and it wasn’t even full, barely half. A can of Red Bull is 2 dollars in stores and this cost me over 6 for a half cup. On top of that, she kept sighing loudly, rolling her eyes at me and acting like I was a burden. She was literally huffing in my face the entire time. I work in customer service too and I understand bad days but I was nothing but polite. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat me like that. This experience was infuriating. Overpriced drinks and terrible service. If this is how you let your staff treat paying customers I’m never...
Read moreI dew enjoy this Honey Dew Donuts location more than most. I have not been to all their locations of course, but here's a quick rundown!
My favorite used to be on Central St in Natick, MA. Sadly, they shutdown in 2020. The staff was so kind and often gave a free donut hole to kiddos or an extra pastry to adults on the house.
The one in North Framingham is good, but they usually have a more limited donut selection the several times I've been there. I recall they're not a part of the Rewards Program, but maybe they are now. This one is a bit small.
The one in Milford on Prospect St was my least favorite. Fine of course because it's still HyDew, but the staff member that assisted me was not as pleasant and more importantly: they're not a member of the Rewards Program for sure.
This one in Ashland is the leader in the pack. The store is the most modernized from the inside to the outside. Parking is substantial, they have a drive-thru service. The bathroom was decent, they have a modern PoS system and they are definitely a member of the Rewards Program. I'm not 100% positive, but I think the same franchise owner that had the shutdown Central St Natick location also operates this one. That could explain a few things,...
