I am not one to normally complain however the last few times I have visited this location, I am met with cashiers who would rather make customers wait in line as they continue a conversation with other cashiers. My horrible visits were in the morning and early afternoon. About three months ago I visited this store and when I approached the front end, the two cashiers were talking. I stood in line for at least 3-5 minutes as others started to get in line behind me. I was finally recognized and the cashier never said hi and place my change on the counter and it appeared I was inconveniencing her. Since I am understanding and realize everyone has bad days, I decided to give it another attempt and went in on 7/16 at around 1pm and the exact same thing happened. I was waiting in line as the 2 cashiers (one I believe was leaving for the day) began a conversation. I did get frustrated and put my things down and went to Walgreens. I was in there in the late afternoon on 7/3 to drop off a UPS package and that cashier was super helpful and very nice. If you are looking to have friendly service, go in the afternoon. I’m always a very pleasant person and realize it’s challenging to be in customer service but I also expect that any rep should be kind to those they are serving . I noticed the cashier had an attitude with the woman in front of me, the store was very quiet so there was no rush or stress . When I approached the counter and got rung up I asked if I had a 10.00 voucher on my account . She was extremely rude and said “I have no idea, is this your only account number “ as she was shaking her head and expressing extreme frustration . I told her she should work on her customer service skills and she started arguing that she didn’t have an attitude but was getting one now that I pointed it out . I was gracious and said thank you prior to leaving but I will definitely not go to this location often now. It’s too bad that one persons attitude can affect a whole store . Perhaps she should think about a career where she will not have to be kind to others . Of note, the store is very clean and organized . I’ve never had a complaint...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever. I ordered my prescription refill on-line, but when I came to pick it up (after staying in line for 20 min) it turned out it's not there. On, the technician named Julie reordered it for me and promised it will be ready for pick up tomorrow after 4pm. I explained her I'm going to trip and I need that refill for sure, because I will not be able to pick it up later. She assured me I didn't have to worry. I came again next day (stayed in line again) and... my prescription medicine was not ready. And they suggested me to come next day... Really??? I explained my situation one more time, they called to another CVS, but they didn't have my medication too. And they DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. And more over the pharmacist lied right to my eyes promising to contact my doctor for substitution and call me back later this day so I could come and pick up another equel medication. And she never call me back! So, my whole trip...
