The service was absolutely horrible. I sat and waiting for my food for 30 minutes. I sat in the drive-through for about 10 minutes. Nobody ever said anything on speakerphone when we drove by the drive-through window. All the employees were standing there looking out the window at us not one of them were working. I caught the entire thing on my dash cam finally, our food comes after about 25 minutes. Mind you no customers were in the drive-through. No customers were inside the store. The food comes out. The order is completely wrong. I tell the associate that was leaving the side of the car that the food was wrong we were missing food. We waited for another 10 minutes. A manager comes out and walks out to the car and says did you tell my employee that you were gonna be pissed off? If your order was wrong mind you I never said that I even have a recording on my dash cam I went through the recordings not once did I say that The manager stands at the window she walked up with a very intense threatening vibe like she wanted to fight me. I told her no I never said that I said that my food was wrong and I just wanted it to be fixed and she was like oh I just wanted to make sure that you didn’t say that that’s all. Then she finally handed me the bag and the order was wrong again and it looks like someone had stepped on the McChicken that was in the bag. I didn’t eat any of it. I was scared They probably spit in my food after waiting for 40 minutes for two McChicken’s a double cheeseburger and a big Mac. That we didn’t even get We were the only people there this place is Horrible they treat people like trash. I will not spend my money there anymore. I hope that McDonald’s goes out of business. If you want to be treated like trash go to this McDonald’s if they get your order wrong, they will treat you like trash because they messed up.. Very unprofessional. I decided to go ahead and contact corporate to let them know about everything and hopefully this will be resolved. But for anyone else that wants to stop by, I suggest going somewhere else cause you’re gonna get crap food and trash service. They will literally throw whatever in the bag and expect you to be OK with it if you’re not OK with it,...
Read moreFinally found a McDonald’s without a touchscreen and ice cream machine that worked! But then to find out that they might want to invest in touchscreens. Due to poor customer service. I can’t wait until Monday to call their office. I showed up at 10:46pm and noticed they closed at 11:00 in the dining room but the drive thru closed at 12:00 . I had 4 kids with me that wanted ice cream. I didn’t want it in my truck so we went inside anyways. Once in I decided to order a cheeseburger and my son ordered fries.we heard the cook say this is my last group I’m done for tonight. Which was very professional but then again it’s McDonald’s. After waiting for my food I noticed a bag sitting on the counter. One worker pointed at the bag. They didn’t say my order was ready. Okay that didn’t bother me. While I’m eating midway through my burger I was told “y’all have to leave we are closed”. My wife looked at her phone and said it 11:09. She said yup we are closed. After getting escorted out we noticed all the lights was off outside, even drive thru. I’ve worked in the restaurant business. I’ve never seen someone get told to leave while they were eating. Nor would I ever tell someone to leave especially only 9 mins after we closed our doors. I would get my staff to start cleaning restrooms and behind the counter. If we would have to close early I would post something on the door letting my customers know we wouldn’t be open until 12. I think it’s sad how McDonald’s is already taking the personal customer service away with touchscreens. But after a experience like this I’m probably done with McDonald’s for awhile. Read moreMost of my McDonald's trips are during a long drive to somewhere and I end up stopping to grab something to eat and get my caffeine.
I gave this lower as they were allowing people inside to place their order which normally makes me happy since I hate sitting in a drive thru when the inside is completely empty.
Usually that works to my favor as I can walk right up and get my food and be on my way. This time however I just sat there for a good five minutes before getting service.
You might ask yourself "why didn't he just use the kiosk to order?" Well I would have except those were turned off to prevent people from using them since they didn't have anything to wipe them down between usages.
I finally get service (at this point only one other customer had come in) and my order isn't done right. How hard is it to get "quarter pounder meal, plain, just add cheese. He confirms the order and it prints correctly on the receipt and I can see it on the monitor correctly.
Well of course when my food comes out I decided to check it and everything is on the sandwich..... Sigh. So the order taker takes it back, tells at one of the cooks and I finally get my food.
So total time from me pulling up to actually leaving..... Roughly 20 minutes I'd say. If course it always feel like its hours, but still. For being "first in line" that was ridiculous.
Next time I'll wait a couple of exits as I've written positive reviews of McDonald's off the next couple of exits. Hopefully this will save some of the frustration as the one off of the Ladysmith exit on i-95 has always been on...
