Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Ashland

Well I called there today 04/05/2019 to see when they would be delivering our food to the office that I work at because our drug rep said it was coming from Moe’s, so I call to see where our food was because it was already 12:15 and the young man who answer the phone I ask him and he said I would have to speak with the manager so I said ok so the manager gets on the phone and I tell him where I am and ask when are food would be here and the manager tells me that it should be there anytime. I said oh ok and the manager tells me that the delivery driver left awhile ago so I said ok thank you. Well come to find out Moe’s refused to bring the food here so the Drug Rep got us something else for lunch . I think it’s ridiculous that a manager of a restaurant lies to a customer and in front of his employees. But I bet if one of his employees would have lied to me he would be in trouble. It’s sad that the gentleman running this restaurant is like that. And I tried to call back and confront him about lying to me but they ignored my call. I will be contacting the corporate over this because that manger needs to go because if he lied to me just imagine how many others people he has lied to and it’s hard to tell what else he would lie about. I am so angry. I came tonight to get a chicken and cheese cassadilla. I wanted extra veggies. I got a little tiny bit. 4 onions and 3 green peppers. To be exact. I would have paid for extra. The girl was so knew she didn’t know what to do. I was so frustrated. I’d tell her what I wanted and she looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Train your people. I’m from out of state. My Moes in Savannah, Georgia is way better. They care about their customers. You guys act like they have no idea why they are there or what to do. I came into this Moes at 8:50 PM Tuesday 6/20/23. The two girls who were working were named Morgan and Ava. They told me that they were closed and weren’t serving anymore people. I asked why they said that since it was 10 minutes before they closed. They then huffed and very reluctantly served me food and did it with a horrible attitude. They slopped food in my bowl and made it very clear that they hated serving me. I asked what was wrong and they said that their general manager makes them close before their actual closing time. They made me feel Like an inconvenience. Like I was not welcomed there. They made me feel like they hated me. I have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant in my whole life.
