Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ashland

We dined in here and I have never been here before so Im not sure if this is a regular occurrence with this place. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. We had a pretty big order. So I always check if we got everything. I discovered that I was missing two soft tacos. I go up to the counter and wait patiently for a person to help. The gentleman in drive through looked at me expectantly so I explained my delimma. He called out what I was missing to one of the female workers there, I can hear her talking extremely negatively about me and my order. She comes up and tells me what I have ordered. I know what I ordered, so I go back to my table and bring all the things that was given to me to show that I am missing this. Her and the gentleman tells another person what I am missing. So this other gentleman comes up and looks at the food and explain what I am missing. After about 10 mins of making me seem like I am trying to get over on them she finally gives me what I'm missing incredibly rudely. I will never come back here again and I suggest other people either. There is another...

My experience at this establishment left me with no desire to ever return. We were there in the late night hours even though according to the time on their door for hours of the drive-thru saying they were still open. We made a online order through their app, while in the drive-thru, which we waited in for about 45 mins.

The drive thru staff was unprofessional in their addressing they did not have most of their meats or beans to make anything when we reached the speaker to order. I asked if they could complete our online order with what they did have left, another voice came over the speaker even more rude than the first and told us they couldn't do that and that we needed to cancel our online order which had already been accepted by the app and was being processed by fast-food chain. When told this they said we needed to figure it out because it was through a third party. Furious after waiting so long, being rudely addressed at the speaker on top of spending money for food they couldn't and wouldn't deliver, my family will not be dining...

I was craving Taco-bell after work, now ii know why ii haven't went there in over a year! Asked about the 5 dollar combos, and specially said ii wanted this particular combo. Asked if they had coke or Pepsi products she automatically assume ii said a Pepsi for my drink so ii went with it. Pull up to the window to get my food and asked if she threw the cinnamon twist in the bag, she said ii didn't ring youu up a cinnamon twist said it was a dollar and 11 cents for them at this point ii said are youu sure they don't come with the meal, because ii could've swear that the combo meal that was pictured on the menu had them with the combo for free, so instead of arguing ii just said here whatever. Got home to realize she didn't give me the combo ii wanted but gave me nachos instead which didn't look good as they sloped everything together. If ii wanted nachos ii would've order them at my work which would've looked and taste 70x better. Now ii know why ii don't get fast food let alone Taco bell. Shiity...
