Three details that matter to anyone who frequents Starbucks:
This Starbucks is inside a large gas station/rest stop called "Goasis."
This is not a corporate store. This is important for a number of reasons: They do not honor Gold Card rewards; They set their own prices (licensed stores are typically more expensive); Employees are not necessarily selectively hired or as well trained.
Depending on how experienced (and how considerate/intelligent) the person on the register is, your prices will vary. I've been charged different prices for the same drink almost every time I visit this Starbucks.
My usual is a "double venti white mocha misto," so it's a little more unusual than they're probably used to, and the price difference is negligible, so I don't usually fuss about it.

Read moreAUGUST 2024: I stopped through after gassing up my vehicle while on a business trip. I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino to go. Actually, all the orders would be to go due to no seats in the actual Starbucks area. I'll explain later.
PROS: Participating member of the Starbucks reward system. Believe it or not, not all companies who carry the Starbucks logo accept the "starbucks." Clean coffee nook that is inside of a gas station. There is not any direct seating in the coffee shop, but there is plenty of seating in the adjoining restaurant areas (Pizza Hut and Popeyes). Actually, it is like a micro food court in there. Friendly staff. They all had smiles and were serving customers quickly.
CONS: It would have been cool to see the lounge type area that other Starbucks locations have. I am talking like the soft chairs and love seats. It is not a major ding, but something that I have come to expect in Starbucks--a chill spot to crank open the tablet and get some art done.

Read moreIt pains me to write this review because I love Starbucks and worked for them for over 6 years. This is the worst one I have experienced in a long time. There were over 10 workers (none that were smiling, friendly or greeting anyone) and they stuck what seemed to be a new girl at register and ignored her questions about what food they had or didn't have. I stood there for awhile and then was informed they didnt have the food I ordered. I accepted a second choice which they again didn't have. I got the wrong size drink after it having to be remade because it didnt have any coffee in it which semed to annoy the baristas. After that i just asked for a refund on the food.
