Wendy's — Restaurant in Ashland

I worked for these people on my day off in my pajamas and i don't usually speak bad about the places ive worked at but when it comes to my children (you most definitely got the right one) I sent my children to Wendy's with $20 (while I was still working there, but out sick) to get me some Chilli since I had a UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION that sparked my ASTHMA and BRONCHITIS i had a really BAD COUGH and didnt feel comfortable around the FOOD my head was spinning could BARELY BREATH when I walk so I was out of it (TMI) the mucus was so thick i was choking on it to the point i would vomit). The GM Christine or Chrissy decided to tell my paying children that they are interrupting her business, they cant keep getting anything for free and that they are always up there begging (in front of customers) and while i was out sick after sending them with money and the fact that my children have never went anywhere begging especially to my job without someone giving them stuff for free because they like my children and they know they are my children and they are paying customers like anybody else so why she would speak to my children like that I don't know but I can bet my bottom dollar she would have never spoke to them like that if i was there. I go back to work after 2 days still feeling the same as i did when i left and did not want to stay there and cough over any of the customers food so i left and quit that day. I worked here and was a hard worker, late a few times but busted my buns while there. Instead of sending me home after telling her I was still choking couldnt breath and still throwing up she writes me up for being late. Cool I walked out and quit that day. Your loss I know what I'm capable of and what goes around comes around. Not to mention the conversation with krystyn lying saying the owner came through the drive thru and was upset with my service (stop it) the one day i dont feel good and can barely move he is upset with my service but other days when i was happy healthy and satisfying customers after they said they would not return you never showed up? Anyway.....

Chrissy and Taylor do not use sandwich paper when making sandwiches. I've never seen Chrissy, Taylor, Or Krystyn wash their hands, Ever! Especially when making food. Stop going thru the drive thru, tell them to wash their hands, lay sandwich paper down, make your food fresh and watch them as they do it or no telling what germs you will be eating.

Megan, Hunter, Lydia and Tracey, Ryan and Mikey are great workers and Wendys does not deserve them, their is a younger looking guy that works there he might still be in school he is awesome as well but I never got his name, he was there when i sent a letter telling them to lay sandwich paper down the day i worked in my pajamas the rest of the workers there are trash.

A team member lifted the top off of the frosty machine and it smelled like fungus from under a toe nail. The workers pick over the food (eating) and serve you out of the food they've picked out of, when they aren't eating they are on their phones. They have disabled/mentally challenged (not sure what to call them without offending anyone) people working there and Chrissy and Taylor bully them. Chrissy and Krystyn do nothing but eat sandwiches the size of their heads. Chrissy will talk about you behind your back but will never say anything to your face (lame). Chrissy has dropped food on the floor and served it making a joke about it. I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you’re prepared to wait over an hour for a small portion of food that tastes old and poorly prepared. My recent visit was not only disappointing in terms of food quality and service speed, but also in how I was treated by the staff. I stopped in to visit my husband who works there, only to be told later I was no longer allowed back, all because a manager, who appeared to be in her 30s or 40s, falsely claimed I accused her of texting/flirting with my 20-year-old husband, even though I know he would never do so much as to look at her in that way given she’s older and has children. She couldn’t even explain how or why she believed or came about this, only that “everyone on the crew” told her so and that he would be written up if it happened again when neither of us have spoken about her nor to other members of the staff we haven’t done anything to this woman other than to see if she might have liked an item from my small business. That level of gossip-based decision-making is not only unprofessional, it’s concerning. On top of that, the staff seemed to lack the most basic ability to read and follow a simple order receipt. If you’re working in customer service, you should at the very least be able to treat people with respect and handle basic tasks correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. i like to get the dave's triple and a spicy chicken. girlfriend likes the dave's double, a frosty, and a large chilli. no issues recently but one time a few years ago i remember she just wanted a dave's single with ketchup and when we got home and looked in the bag it was just two pieces of bun with ketchup. we stayed away for a while thinking that person does not reflect that establishment and to give them time to be exposed and fired. i miss the ghost pepper sauce wish they would make a burger with that sauce on it for us spicy folks. i have seen it wrapped around the building around certain times of the day here. they have a second one out by the interstate i haven't had issues with. tho one time the traffic was backed up in in their drive way (busy time of the day) ad a few cars back their was a comotion with 2 people. somebody honked their horn at this lady in a van and she yelled at them she could not go and they continued to honk and she drove over the curb from 4 cars back behind us and through the grass. so road rage of some kind. like they could not wait till the light turned green and she was back that far and was suppose to turn right. it was crazy. anyways these have been our experiences at both places...
