I was really hoping this adorable little restaurant would have more to offer, but sadly I feel that even 3 stars are generous. I first came here for take out. The container my food came in was so soggy that it stained my wood table and I wasn't all that impressed with the food. I gave it another try and enjoyed the #2 combo enough to come back once more for a dine in experience. After ordering the chili relleno in the combo for the second time I am convinced that this place does not know how to make it properly. The pepper is only partially cooked, cheese isn't fully melted inside and the pepper is just dipped in a regular egg batter making it come out like an omelette. I ordered a mojito during my dine in experience and it was terrible 🤢 Stick to the margaritas here. Also, no complimentary chips or salsa? Not great, especially when dining in and there's no appetizers on the menu. I hoped that third time was a charm, but rather the last strike. Won't be coming back, but I hope this place puts a little more effort into the quality of food and...

Tables and chairs are a bit outdated and uncomfortable 😣. Wouldn't recommend dining in. Food was... Good, but not my favorite Mexican I've signed at. Service.... Well....

Service was lacking, the server didn't know the dishes and had to constantly go back to ask what was in their dishes on the menu. When she brought food she didn't know what she was handing out.

The kids meal taco was terrible at best. Only had meat in a tortilla. It was a soft taco not a taco. My kid didn't like it as the chicken was overcooked.

I ordered the big burrito which was actually good, but that's all that it came with... Literally a burrito wrapped in tin foil. Though again it did have a good flavor. I opted for chicken for the meat, which again tasted a bit overcooked.

A friend ordered the burrito plate, which she said tasted ok, but didn't like the...

Gave them a try due to the 5.0 rating. Waited a week to temper my review. Made no difference. I'm convinced this may be one of those cases all the 5.0's are employees or family. Facility is run down, many flies, ants crawling on wall next to table. Food took a very long time for us being the only people there. A couple take out orders were collected while we waited. My green pork tamal had nice flavor but too salty to eat much, releno cheese flavor I couldn't eat. We were offered no chips, no cocktails, nothing to drink other than water not refilled until we were ready to leave.

Two stars is solely for the incredibly delicious Sope!! If this was all I'd ordered, rating would probably be much higher even with tacky facility and painfully...

Let me start off with saying I will definitely be back. Me and my girlfriend had dinner here and it was the best Mexican food I have ever had on the west coast I would definitely recommend this to anyone that’s is in town. I got the combination plate #2 and my girlfriend got the chicken fajita they came with home made corn tortillas.
