I had a terrible experience! We ordered pizza and wings for delivery. Most of the wings were not cooked through they were raw inside. Unfortunately/obviously we found this out when eating them. Since calls go through to the customer service center I spoke with them and they said a manager from this location would call me back within five minutes. 20 minutes later they still haven't returned my call; I called back and the customer service center said. I could speak to one of their managers if I held 17 minutes I asked the manager could call me back and they said they couldn't do that. Regretfully today at 6:30 no one had had bothered to called me back; I called again. The customer service center offered to send replacement wings, which I declined; told them I was extremely upset that no one had bothered to call me back that it was too late to replace the wings, that I wanted my money back. The customer service center transferred me directly to this location's Manager. When the manager spoke to me he did not like that I asked his first and last name; he told me that he was not working last night, so I asked for the name of the manager that was on duty. He said he couldn't give me the manager's name because there were two on duty but he asked me the time that I placed the order and then said that it was possible the managers didn't receive the message from the call center from the employees who print messages from the call center but when ahead and gave me both their names. He said if I want my money back I would have to stop by the store so they could refund my credit card. I asked him how they were able to bill my credit card without me being in the store and charge me over the phone but now they couldn't refund my credit card over the phone? I also told him that I noticed he was being rude/short with me I told him that he needed to understand that this was a serious situation that it takes 12 to 72 hours for salmonella to set in and I still did not know if my family was going to get sick. Originally he debated the amount of hours it takes for salmonella to set in but we then agreed that my family was still at risk. He changed his tone, significantly and apologized and told me he would go ahead and credit my card over the phone and that I could stop by the location to pick up my receipt, if I wanted to do so. The meat lovers was fine, and so was the pepperoni on the meat lovers. The supreme was just all the way absent nowhere to be found. Instead, they gave me a pizza which is sausage on it. So I got in contact with an agent that gave me to the āMANAGER ON DUTY JESSIEā who asked me to send him pictures of the pizza he tells me that the pepperoni on the pepperoni lovers was not burnt. It was only like one of them that was, which was a lie and I said instead of going tick for tack with me. This is poor customer service. Why donāt we reconciliate the ordeal and fix the order properly he told me we are not going to speak on his customer service. I told him yes we are my mother just spent over 70 dollars establishments are built are customer service.! he immediately said i cussed him and hung up in my face which i didnāt cuss at him I wouldnāt want anyone cussing at meā¦ā¦anyhow i call back to get the corporate number and jessie and an employee by the name of jacquese said they cannot give me the corporate number and maybe i can file a complaint online but he really donāt even know anymore and then jessie came from being the āmanager on dutyā to being the ādistrict manager that runs 5-7 storesā when I say this is the worst they have ever did I mean the worst and...

I was tied up on a conference call from 4 pm to 7 pm and contacted the store a few times while waiting for delivery of my order, which was never received. My first two attempts to reach someone at the restaurant, I was transferred to a busy signal after the person who answered the phone told me that they needed to transfer me to the supervisor. In fact, just about each time I need to be transferred after dialing the provided number, I am transferred to a busy signal. Anyway, on my third attempt, a woman answered my call and she advised me that the online website order page quoted me incorrectly of the delivery time for my order and that the order was on the way. This was 3 hours after placing my order. I told her I wanted to cancel and get a refund and she said that I would have to turn around the driver when he/she arrived. The problem is, the driver never arrived. I need a refund for my order that was never received I am a Cisco Voice Network Engineer. You need to do some serious evaluation of your phone system, its impact on the customer experience, and make some changes.
Update: 3/4/2020 - I called again today to inform Pizza Hut that my order was never delivered yesterday, yet I was charged. Irma said she was transferring me to a manager. I was transferred to a busy signal and then the call...
