My wife recently got their Vietnamese coffee and she really likes to have a cup every now and then. Last two times I’ve been here has not been very pleasant and for these reasons I will take my business elsewhere. The time before last, manager was insisting that she mistakenly refunded money to my account instead of another unhappy customer and she gave me the last 4 digits of the card which I instantly knew it’s not mine but to be sure I went up and down three or four of my accounts that I usually use to make sure that didn’t happen. I showed her all the cards in my wallet but she didn’t believe me to the point that she was demanding to look at my apps to be sure. I should’ve stopped there and not go back. Last time I went there that’s the half empty cup of coffee (picture) they gave me for $5. I usually ask for less ice but that’s just crazy to charge $5 for this amount of coffee. Asked the lady who gave me the cup, her reply was “they’re using the measuring cup provided to them”. It’s coffee for god sake, it’s not cure for cancer. I can literally go to Starbucks (which we will be doing moving forward) and their bigger size cups of coffee filled...

5/23/24 I ordered a banana & strawberry banana smoothie had a sip and instantly told the girl at the front that the artificial Banna flavor was so overpowering I felt as I was eating the powder they use. I asked them if they could remake the smoothie or give me a plain strawberry one the girl instantly told me I would have to pay for another one.I asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me their on vacation she couldn't help. I was then speaking to younger girl up front asking what number I could call the lady working in the kitchen who obviously makes the smoothies grabs the girl and pushes her out. I immediately told her to not put her hands on the girl and decided to leave cause the employee was already getting physical. I have never been treated in such a horrific way. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. Something shady is going on in this establishment. Update: it is now 5/30 and the owner/management has yet to call me or offer any kind of response. Save your peace of mind and support a business that prioritizes good food...

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The service was above and beyond, and I felt very welcome in the cozy space.

I first ordered a combo banh mi- it’s not easy finding good homey (non fusion) Asian food on this side of town and it was a little on the smaller side but still tasty.

The filet mignon pho blew me away though- I wasn’t sure what to expect but they gave plenty of fresh basil and mung beans and the noodle quantity was perfect. What shocked me the most was the depth of flavor the broth contained and the tenderness and quantity of the filet mignon. Mind you, I had already eaten half the bowl by the time I took the pic and there was still plenty of meat left. My only qualm is that the broth is a little on the oily side, but it showed that the soup was made truly from scratch and...
