This mornings stop at smoothie king has really left me in shock. I was so glad we now had one by our house and me and my fiancé go by there quite frequently, I've never had a problem so how the owner acted today really suprised me. What the man said below me about the lack of customer service is completely correct. I pulled up to the window and I ordered my smoothie, he asked me if I would like a medium and I said no thanks just a small ( I never drink all of the medium and I end up wasting money). I pull up to the window and he hands me a medium and hands me my change and walks away, I finally signal him to come to the window and then I explain I ordered a small. He tells me no I ordered a medium, and I said no i declined the medium I specifically asked for a small, he just looks at me like he isn't going to do anything and yells in the back " didn't you hear medium" finally I try to hand him the change and the receipt and he looks at me and says "No, I need the smoothie" like I was trying to get the smoothie for free or something, completely insulting. He made such a big deal over nothing and treated me like crap! Kept arguing over nothing and never took responsibility. I hope he reads this, because he correct way of handling it would have been to tell me to pull up to the front take care of the situation and say sorry for the mix up, even if I had not been correct that's how you treat loyal customers... Hell that's how you treat them all! I am 27 years old and I know that! This is a guy in his 50s. Like the other man said if you don't take care of his awful attitude and lake of customer service when things don't go just his way there will be no buisness there.    Read moreNever in my life have I received such poor customer service. I had 6129 points in my smoothie king app which took me forever to collect. I was finally able to redeem it for my free smoothie. I waited until I was in front of the drive thru lady and clicked the offer and handed her my phone. She proceeded to use my 6000 points then charge me full price for the smoothie. When I inquired about it she said she did use my 6000 points (which the app reflected) so I asked her why did you charge me then? She said oh wait you wanted to use your points? I said yes and you just used them. She goes and grabs her manager (his name is Lyndell) who doesnât claim any responsibility whatsoever and blames everything on me. I told him exactly what I did and that he can check and see that 6000 points were just taken from me. He then started blaming the app and that I would have to contact customer support to get my points back and basically go through a big hassle. RATHER THAN JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND GIVE ME THE SMOOTHIE HE WANTED ME TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR THEIR ERROR. I told him I was not going to do that and that I wanted my money back and will never visit a smoothie king again based on his practices. He stood their and argued with me. I legit asked for my money back about 20 times before he started to process it. He was incredibly patronizing the entire time. He then handed me my card and said it was done. I asked for a receipt.    Read moreThe owner is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I work at the local elementary school down the street and I stopped through on my way to work and ordered a "medium, Tropical Lean-1" smoothie in the drive through as I normally do (it was a female employee that took my order by the way). When I arrived to the window I noticed the owner had a small smoothie waiting on me, of which I immediately told him that I ordered a medium. He responded rather nonchalantly, "I got you, I got you..." over and over again which led me to believe that he was going to fix my order. I then gave him my debit card to pay for my order and he quickly took it, ran the card to process the order, then handed me back the card with the small smoothie. I again told him, "Sir I ordered a medium" of which he then replied, "No, you ordered a small!" and then rudely closed the window in my face and walked off. I sat there in shock for about 30 seconds as I really wanted to go into the store and give him a piece of my mind, but I decided not to since my kids were in the backseat and I refuse to set a bad example for them. I then decided that I would never patronize that location again and I suggest that anyone who reads this do the same.
