My boyfriend ordered a cake online for my bday which I pass this location after work to home, so I offered to pick it up. I went in picked up the order he placed and get home and he says the candles aren't here. (yes, he should have told me he got candles but when you place an online order you SOULD get EVERYTHING you ordered) He ordered 2 packs of the 24ct candles. So the next day I go to either get the candles since he bought them or a refund. (we have plenty of kids can always use the candles for later birthdays) There is a young girl as well as an older lady mid 30's to 40's in my opinion. Very RUDE I told her my issue and she said well did you ask for the candles I said no my boyfriend placed the order I wasn't sure what he got besides the cake. She rudely said well we don't put the candles in the freezer with the cake. I said look I just a refund or the candles all that was unnecessary. I DO ONLINE ORDERS ALL THE TIME. It is their responsibility to make sure the order is fulfilled in my opinion. So, if you do an online order this is a warning they do NOT check to see if they fulfilled the order, they just get a name grab the cake and you are out of luck if you ordered candles and don't ask for them. My mother and I always ask for the banana split in a cup and have no problem with it being made. Have gotten it made at this location. Tonight I was told no they could not do it. She asked did I want a Banana Royal, I said no a Banana Split in a cup. Same thing but with 3 scoops of ice cream. She says no again. I'm sitting there baffled and just said back to silence that I am reporting this to corporate.
