The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. We ordered a beef birria quesadilla, 5 steak tacos, a small queso and chips, and 3 drinks in the drive thru. We waited 20 plus minutes and watched others get their food before us who ordered after us. I went in to talk to a manager and this kid who was the manager just asked if I wanted a refund. She never identified herself as the manager until I asked nor was she dressed like a manager. She did not apologize or ask what she could do to make it right. If the first thing she goes to is ārefundā that tells me this is not the first time this has happened so it is easier to offer a refund then try to make it right. Tells you something about the management of this store. I told her no I did not want a refund I wanted my food and then I asked for a business card for her manager and she looked at me like she did not know what I was talking about. She went to look for a business card and came back and said there was not one. I told her to write it down on paper and once again looked at me like she had no idea of what I was talking about. The dining area had about 8-10 people waiting on food for about the same time as we were. Needless to say I walked out without our food and am now disputing the transaction with Chase.
The service here has always been bad and slow, but this takes the cake. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. Summerwood needs restaurants that provide great customer service not ones like this Taco Cabana that seem not to care about their customers.
