I placed an order for 3 pizzas online at 5:25, and the pizza was not delivered by 6:05 (Initial 15-25 min estimate). I decided to call and inquire, and was told it would be an additional 25 min. Thats, fine⦠I just decided I would come get my pizzas since I live 8 minutes away; so thatās what I told the person on the phone I would do. Unfortunately they hadnāt told me it was going to be late, so here I am arriving at the store at 6:30 (an hour after ordered), receiving old pizzas that were cold (this I didnāt notice until I was at home ready to eat with the family). I decided to call the store to inquire about a potential refund where the employee said I would need to drive back to the store and bring the uneaten pizza back if I wanted a refund (Obviously at this point itās an hour and a half after I placed my original order, and Iām not about to drive back to the store with the uneaten pizza) so we ate the pizza. I told the worker that the whole experience was terrible for me and my family, and he started arguing with me so I asked if there was a manager available. I was told the person I was speaking to was in fact the manager; to which I told him I suppose I would have to elevate the issue because of the overall terrible service. The line went silent⦠Ricky hung up on me. Typically I love dominos pizza, but this experience was awful and will definitely make me think twice next time I decide to order pizza here. Itās honestly just sad that I canāt let my kids experience the fun of delivery pizza (which they saw in a movie and just wanted to have), I donāt get a call or notification that itās going to be running late, I have to pick it up myself an hour later, and I have the manager argue with me about the poor experience and cold pizza they gave me, only for him to hang up on me. Great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store's staff needs major customer service training. My wife ordered at 6:30 p.m. to deliver to Quick Pick Valero, which is a "Hot Spot".
She called the store at 7:00 p.m. because the app showed the driver going the wrong way. ETA in app was 60+Min. She was told rudely that "It isn't going to take that long."
She called back at 7:30 when driver showed as in Watkinville and delivery was 71+Min. She asked if they could re-make it and we could just come pick it up, as the kids were looking forward to the pizza. Was told that no the order would be canceled (refund in a few days) and we could re-order and wait if we wanted to.
I called the store at 8:04 p.m. and explained the above and asked if this is what he told my wife. The "Manager" then says, "I'll tell you what I told your wife." and slammed the phone down, then hung up.
Our kids love Domino's, so we will just go to another store further away, and it will still take less time to get it.
Do not go to this store unless you like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnused the app like I always do and places my order, the order did not go through but my card that was connected to my account was still charged I spoke with one young man who tried to help but couldn't so he got his manager. The manager got on the phone and did not announce who he was he sound far away from the phone and was hard to hear. I asked for his name it sounded like he said Dominic, I repeated it and he started to correct me but then just said yes that's his name. He was very rude and did nothing to help me. I asked him how we could resolve this issue and all he kept repeating was you don't have an order in here I was very displeased and they have definitely lost a customer. I asked for cooperate number and he said maybe. I understood there was no order in the system but he could have handled the situation better and not have the attitude and help me come up with some solution to this problem. This is ridiculous and he need some sort of training on customer service he was...
